About Norm McDonald
Norm from Milwaukee, Wisconsin was lead singer in “TRUC” and later “TRUC OF AMERICA,” based out of Milwaukee & later West Palm Beach for a total of 14 years. TRUC opened the Main Stage at SUMMERFEST for Jerry Lee Lewis (1972) and as Truc of America for Helen Reddy (1976.) Truc had a #2 hit in 1972 with “There’s A Moon Out Tonight” which was also released nationally on the UA label. Truc of America also toured with Three Dog Night. Norm is now based in Nashville, TN as a singer-songwriter. Recently, two of Norm’s songs were released by the artist Brooke Woods, made it to the top 40 and received airplay on many country stations across the USA. He has also had cuts by several other independent artists:
