At first I thought: 'Is this Mushroomhead 2.0?' The beat was interesting, somewhat haunting like that of the Halloween soundtrack, although I'm not at all saying this is my cup of tea in regards to the way the vocals sound, that doesn't mean that there aren't other fans that are interested in this style of song approach. Maybe danceable? Like a more Americanized Mortiis? Who knows. That doesn't mean I won't give Oblivion the credit for putting out content. If they are happy with what they are doing, what difference does it make what I say about it?

Oblivion's-Man in the Mirror has so much potential. I can see this song as a radio hit single but the current state that its in I think there's many flaws that it needs to be addressed. I think this recording needs to be remixed the drums are really hurting the mix. its good song writing its just the production quality needs to be tweaked to make it a enjoyable listening experience . I give this a 4 out of 5

This song I wouldn't class as something like Metal. The way it started, it had elements of new wave or goth rock. Vocals are decent though. Production is pretty good too. It's got a disco bass line too to boot!

Second song from oblivion that I am happy to review. It's a rock and metal ballad. Unusual. An intriguing introduction. The first is the voice line, the rest are in the background. Guitars, drums, bass lines that paint the colors of this story about Oblivion told to us. A four-minute flying composition with melancholic notes.
