Temperatures here in Pittsburgh are expected to hit the mid-90's today, with a heat index well over 100 degrees. It's so important in weather like this to avoid over-exertion, to drink plenty of fluids and to check on the elderly and those who don't have air conditioning. I believe that we have a responsibility to take care of each other, but also to take care of ourselves. Who will care for the care-giver if they don't care for themselves? Music, I also believe, is a gift from God. Music has the power to help us heal, to get us moving, to lift our spirits, to inspire us and help us reflect, and grow. I am so thrilled that you all have made my music part of your life. These songs came from God, and though I am an imperfect messenger, I think His Grace shines though still.
