Good morning early dark morning. The little orange dog likes to wake me at 4:00. He's even cute in the dark. I make some coffee and, by the timr I come back out he is sleeping. Good thing he's cute.
I have a new series on Rumble. Guess I should start adding my Christmas songs, but there are so many new songs and none are for Christmas. These are other songs inspired by emotional survival. I hope these songs lift and entertain. This is the link. Cheers!

Why "Courage". I fully expect some will reject me for choosing this song to share. Yet, this is the song the Muse desires for me to offer.
The Muse is that unseen powerful intelligent force that writes the songs. I craft the songs. The Muse gives me the words and music. I assemble those pieces into something to share: A Song.
The inspiration for this song came from the title of a book written by a friend who owned a healthfood store. The book title is WELLNESS UPRISING.
As I listened to this song I wrote 8 years ago, I realized "Wellness Uprising" describes my personal fight against the war to destroy the life that I love.
For those who don't know and want to understand, genetic modification is the forcing together life-forms that are incapable of combining in Nature. The Flavor-Savor Tomato for instance came to be from forcing a bacterium, an eel and a fish with a tomato. The resulting product was then sold in grocery stores.
There are hundreds of such products in our food now. Genetically modified corn is actually registered as a pesticide. It is in nearly all conventional foods and fed to cattle and chickens that are then fed to us. These creations cross-polinate with natural crops and are the main reason so many suffer from autoimmune disease.
This is a war against our health, our children, our beautiful ability to thrive.
It amazes me how intelligent educated people do not realize how they are poisoning themselves and their children.
These are the ingredients of a popular children's cereal.
Yellow dye 6 : toxic
Polyetheline glycol : poly(plastic) etheline(gas used to force fruits to ripen) glycol(anti-freeze)
GMO corn : registered as a pesticide
High fructose corn syrup
Brown sugar syrup
Sugar
My friend said he ate the same cereal when he was a kid and he turned out alright. But, back in the 1950s - 1970s none of these ingredients were in our food.

The children are sick - The elders not sane
Our neighbors are suffering in disease and pain
It's time for us to make a stand
Join hands across the Land
This is a wellness uprising
GMO must go - This is a wellness uprising
No more foods drenched in pesticides
It is we who now decide
We - united now we stand
Spread the word across the land
Imagine a world where you can drink from a stream
Where you can safely breath the air
Imagine a world where children play outside
Where the law is fair
Are you really eating food designed by man
from a laboratory and a plan.
Held in the hand of a company
specializing in chemistry - not health
Everyone can be well - Healthy and sane
It can be normal to be free of disease and pain
It's time for us to make a stand
Join hands across the land
This is a wellness uprising
GMO must go
This is a wellness uprising

I have been around long enough to remember when love songs were popular. These are romantic songs. It is difficult to even find a new romantic song, or even a person who knows what it means to be romantic. Romance is seen as weak. Yet - Romance is the ultimate expression of courage.
To be romantic is to risk everything. To be “in love” that state of vulnerable generosity stepping out onto a rainbow of imagined possabilities where authentic healthful reciprocal joy may be shared with a partner is worth the risk. The anticipation of romantic relationship is to “enjoy in advance”.
Here is a love song from an eternal romantic.
I have my songs on Rumble now. Please, rumble and share.

Life leads us to places that are not even places, but there you are with a studio that won't work and months later, because of internet dating VOILA! A really nice man tells me just what I need to get this laptop to work.
it is not like my previous studio. I do not know how to add harmonies and extra parts, but at least I can record and share my songs. It is magic and I am back to play.

These are amazing times. Those of us who for the first time in many years have no audience and no students are lost in our little worlds. It is the people that give us our life and raise us above. We have an innate undeniable need to share our voices, our music.
I wrote this song and created the video this morning. Please share it as you like. It is a folk song in the tradition of American Folk music. We are Alone Together - Apart and yet United. Amazing. - Patti Jo
I have been working on this. It is my new song: Alone Together

Eyes closed allows imagining
Perfect height for curb kisses.
On stage
We are all connected and special
Inspired by a sead dancing on the water
The writer
In my favorite chair
Flower fire at sunset
City magic
Because of the light
Joy is a way of traveling.
Stunned by the sun.
So above, reflected below
Dicotomy.
Magic is music from life
When the sun sets, we all play the songs
Garden of song and delight
The power of the unseen writers
I must stand for the power of good. Good lifts me, so I stand.
Because it's fun.
My Grandbaby and my Dogbaby.
Blue fantasy to be imagined and sung
Summer wine is just fruit
