I kicked off this month performing at The Semaphore Music Festival on the BSide Community Stage. A fabulous annual event which managed to support itself this year after previous funding was lost. Thanks to all the hard work of entrepreneur Debra Thorsen with her band of merry volunteers, sponsor Robert Dunstan from BSide Magazine and the many good hearted local musicians who all came to the party. I am jetting off to Far North Queensland in a couple of days to spend some time with family and perform a small concert to the residents of Carinya Aged Care where my Mum is enjoying her latter years. Later in the month, I will join the Adelaide Songs crew to present another show in the Back2Back Short Show Festival at The Star Theatres in Hilton. Then on November 1, I will be launching my new EP 'Taking It Well' alongside Clint Wilson's New album Dark Water tour at the Wheatsheaf Hotel in Thebarton. The three new tracks from my EP are available for listening on N1M right now and will be available to purchase from the release date vie all online stores. Even more new tracks have been recorded and are just awaiting mixing and mastering. Watch this space for more news on those.
