A song for Ukraine. I feel that my song The 21 Bridges which is inspired by and written for the bridges in my hometown Uppsala also fits into my grief and horror and my feelings and longing for a free and peaceful Ukraine as well. Poor children, women and men. They need their bridges to a more human life❤️????❤️ This song was written by Pelle Lundblad during the winter of 2021 and is a tribute to the bridges in Uppsala. It is an embrace of the historical significance of connecting both sides of the river, East and West. The story also gives a thought to the homeless who sometimes have the bridges as their only protection against the storm and the rain. Pelle sings and plays the harmonica. The beautiful warm keyboard arrangement is created by Markus Miljand who also plays piano, pedal organ and an old synth. Jag känner att min låt The 21 Bridges som är inspirerad av och skriven till broarna i Uppsala även passar in i min sorg och fasa och mina känslor och längtan för ett fritt och fredsfullt Ukraina också. Stackars barnen, kvinnorna och männen. Dom behöver sina broar till ett mänskligare liv❤️????❤️
