Penny D. has been singing all of her life. Being the cousin to Country music legend Patsy Cline could have intimidated her, but instead it gave her ideas of becoming a famous Country music star herself one day. Penny has been writing and recording her music for over 30 years. Her performances stretch from New York to Nashville; often stopping in Winchester VA to perform at events supporting the Patsy Cline Memorial Fund.
