Maybe because I'm also a Philly guy I really like this. My biggest complaint is it only clocks in at two minutes ten seconds. So yeah, I want more .... As for the song itself...first of all it is a song the backing track is very cool, even though it is repetitive, the chord changes create the necessary tension to keep it interesting. Something producers using a loop should pay attention to. See that is a big thing in a tune being good or not ...and this one is the rapper simply flows along with the groove ...working well with the beats, which ultimately takes this song over the top .... finally I like the rapper's "islands" feel too. very fine job , nice breezy tune that carries itself very well.
