Pirate Radio Flash has created an exciting, powerful style and blend of storytelling music wrapped into candy bar sized bite selection box.

Pirate Radio Flash is the musical artist's name created by solo artist called Martin (Flash) Cummings, a produce of Edinburgh, Scotland.

At an early age of 4 he had a grasp on Popular, Rock n Roll, Beat, Soul and Country music whilst feeling like a pig in mud continously played his father's 45s consisting of Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, The Beatles and many more. He was able to play his first chords and complete song being 'Well All Right' by Buddy Holly by the age of 12 using a 1961 Burns Tri-sonic that his father had played supporting The Beatles at an early gig in Kirkcaldy, Scotland.

Being an accomplished and competent guitar player from his mid-teens Flash set about forming bands in Edinburgh throughout the remainder of the 1980s. The styles ranged between New Wave to Soul, Punk to Ska and Swing to Country. He had written about 20 original compositions by the age of 17. He now has over 200 compositions under his belt.

He has also co-written a composition with a Peruvian Poet (Melissa Allemant) and the song was used to open the poet's book opening presentation at the British Theatre in Lima, Peru, April 2016.

Pirate Radio Flash has been performing his solo act since the early 1990s starting out playing all the major hotels, casinos and major bars and functions in Swaziland, Africa. He is currently performing and working in Barcelona, Spain where he has played all the major bars and functions and continues to write, record and produce. He has recently collaborated with Californian based songwriter 'Jack Trudel' in order to record and promote his fine, fine work.

Flash dreams of one day bringing his sound back to the basics. As the founder of 'Pirate Radio Flash Committee' he will not rest until his mission is complete. In the meantime, he will continue to bring smiles to the faces of Rock n Roll enthuiasts across the nearest hemisphere and to spread his message.
