PoetiC JusticE was formed in April 2005 by former VollmachT member SteviE WeisS alias Dr. SicnesS (git) and his friend SmookeY (bass), but at this time the project was called (expired link) yet. 2 Weeks later they asked JaN FetteR NowotnY alias MichaeL "RaV" SavagE, which actually is still the mastermind of VollmachT and RoaD CreW and also plays guitar for (expired link), if he would like to take the part as singer and songwriter. He agreed after thinking about it a lot and finally joined the band at the end of that month.

They just started recording at MichaeL´s personal recording studio ((expired link). RECORDS) with the help of a drum-computer programmed by MichaeL, but he felt something is missing: maybe a female voice? It was pure coincidence (or fate?) when MichaeL shortly later met up with XxX alias LadY GwendolinE, who happened to be one of (expired link) ex-girlfriends, and asked her - drunken - if she would like to sing, and she said "yes".

Sober again, it wasn´t really clear if it really would work, because MichaeL and the other guys didn´t really know, if GwendolinE was good enough to sing right in the style they expected fo
