PotCovah born in Kingston Jamaica, grew up partley in Mandeville, and Maxfield Avenue, currently residing in the Washington (expired link). area. PotCovah's name came from removing the lid off the Pot cover wh PotCovah grew up on Maxfield Avenue Cockburn Pen, also known as Waterhouse Jamaica. Back in the days Waterhouse Jamaica was a nice place to live we just needed money. I grew up seeing my mother struggling which later caused me to have to go live with my aunt, this is were as a child I can remember my uncle in law (Ras Michael and Sons of Neagus) playing the durms and music all time. Music was always around me, which later on I learned to play the drums and sing, I also love to write my own lyrics and sing tunes. God has giving me this gift and knowledge to share with the world through my music, my inspiration also came from my dad who is one of the most successful me in Madeville Jamaica,
