Guitarist Songwriter VocalistHi, I'm G MAN, guitarist-both rhythm and lead, and the lead vocalist. I'm also the founder of POWER RAGE. I've been playing guitar since I was old enough to pick up one. I have never played covers, but always experimented on the kind of sounds that I thought was cool, so, that's how I got into writing my own music, my own way---also my big stepbrother was a very big influence on me to fall in love with music. I just didn't want to hear it--I wanted to play it--I wanted music to be a part of me and for me to be a part of it. I started picking around on the guitar before I was in kindergarten. I finally met a guitar teacher who taught me all the scales on the guitar and how to experiment with them and how to move my fingers, up and down the scales--using them rather than playing songs already written. Thank God, he didn't teach me playing by other people (musicians) their styles,then I would be sounding like everyone else. No, instead, he gave the freedom to see how I was going to fit the different chords, and pickings, and sounds that I liked and make them work.

DrummerOur drummer is a hard-hitting, power drummer. Without him, we'd surely be lost. He takes the center stage to keep the time--to add the accents, and keeps us on our toes. No matter if it's a ballad, or power metal---he's the one that can handle and play all speeds whether our songs call for a single bass, or a double bass---he keeps the music flowing.
