INFo: Musician...You a hardcore Bluesmusic enthusiast, who enjoys FIN's performances since ever you can think, Hhe is on the road with Bandproject since 1965 (as Roadie, Tour and StageManager) and started his Fin and the BAND Project in 1970. So much people have heard and seen him live in Concert. (;-)

FiN's (*PPH) Activities: Since *1965 he has been a ROADIE and later Bluesharp-player at the Goettingen Beatband "The Morlock Five". *1975-77 Concert -Planner and Tourmanager for the Freejazz Musician "Gunter Hampel". In *1970 he founded the Punkband "FiN & Alley Cats" and since 1978 the founder of his "FiN and the BAND Project". In the 90 years he has been the Stage-Manager at Frank Michel Live Event Organizer (RADIO HR3 New Year's Event) and eight years of the Göttingen Old-City Festival..Since 2012 he has been the Stage-Manager of the Göttingen "ProCity" at the Göttingen Night of Culture Festival. In addition to these activities, FiN music productions with the Project ELECTRIC BOYs RADIO On Air Project and has Live Concerts with his "FiN and the BAND Project".

Since 1970, FiN and its band projects have been supported by international music groups such as "MAN" (uk), "Stan Webb" (uk), "Alexis Korner" (uk) or "WHITESNAKE" (uk/us) and many more invited to live concerts in Germany. Presse: My interview with FiN (*PPH). (expired link) when did you get infected with rock music? When I was six years old, my father, who played harmonica himself, gave me one and I started to play it. My parents always listened to American swing and blues music on the radio. I always listened to them very often and found this music very good. When I was nine I wanted an acoustic guitar for Christmas and I got one. I played it a lot and bought an electric guitar when I was 14. When I was 15 years old I got to know the Göttingen beat band "THE MORLOCK FIVE" and became a roadie there and later I was integrated as a blues harp player. I moved to Munich in 1968 and founded my first rock band called "Freeboing". In the 70's I returned to my hometown of Göttingen and founded the independent band "FiN & Alley Cats". This formation played live punk music. 1978 I founded my current project "FiN and the BAND". Many rock and blues musicians from the city of Hannover and the Göttingen music scene played in this band. At the moment I have the session and studio project "ELECTRIC BOYs RADIO On Air" because live concerts are not possible due to Corona.

INFo: Musiker... Du bist ein eingefleischter Bluesmusik-Enthusiast, der die Auftritte von FIN seit jeher genießt. Er ist seit 1965 mit Bandproject unterwegs (als Roadie, Tour- und Stagemanager) und startete 1970 sein Fin and the BAND-Projekt. So viele Leute haben ihn live im Konzert gehört und gesehen. (;-)

Presse: Mein Interview mit FiN (*PPH). Herr Fin, wann haben Sie sich mit Rockmusik infiziert? Als ich sechs Jahre alt war, schenkte mir mein Vater, der selbst Mundharmonika spielte, eine und ich fing an sie zu spielen. Meine Eltern hörten immer amerikanische Swing und Bluesmusik im Radio. Ich habe sie mir immer sehr oft angehört und fand diese Musik sehr gut. Als ich neun Jahre alt war, wollte ich zu Weihnachten eine Akustikgitarre und bekam eine. Ich habe viel gespielt und mir mit *14 eine E-Gitarre gekauft. Mit *15 Jahren lernte ich die Göttinger Beatband „THE MORLOCK FIVE“ kennen und wurde dort Roadie und später als Bluesharp-Spieler integriert. 1968 zog ich nach München und gründete meine erste Rockband namens „Freeboing“. In den 70er Jahren kehrte ich in meine Heimatstadt Göttingen zurück und gründete die Independent-Band „FiN & Alley Cats“. Diese Formation spielte Live-Punkmusik. 1978 gründete ich mein aktuelles Projekt "FiN and the BAND". In dieser Band spielten viele Rock- und Bluesmusiker aus der Stadt Hannover und der Göttinger Musikszene. Momentan habe ich das Session- und Studioprojekt „ELECTRIC BOYs RADIO On Air“, da Live-Konzerte wegen Corona nicht möglich sind.
