Donna's Critique

Wonderful re-mix of this wonderful old hymn. I am the Worship Leader at my church and this is a great upbeat version, especially for those seeking songs for a blended service. Love the tune and hope there's going to be a track made available.

Throw back.

I honestly love it. Sounds like a throwback to the late 60's. Music is powerful and vocals are great. Keep up the good work for the kingdom of God. I can't really think of anything I would change.

All for The Lord

Keep it up for the Lord Jesus Christ. Love the unique sound that's bringing honor and glory to our God. God bless and let's keep lifting up the Name of Jesus.

Not bad

A little busy for my taste as far as all of the music but not bad. I could see Invision the apostles sitting and praising God to a song like this. I would like to hear more from the lyrical side but again not bad.

Great Feeling Song!

I like the spirit behind the song. It is upbeat and feels good. I like the clapping and flute joining in. The song could have been in a higher key for the vocalist. Sounds like the voice is struggling to project the same energy as the rest of song. Overall good "live" sounding vibe. I also like the name Psalmriter. Nice title for the band!

Not my cup of tea

Peace, This song is cool for Christians and Christian, I am not. Although the music is great and I would definitely listen to an instrumental version before I'd listen yet again to this song and maybe even record different spiritually motivated lyrics over it, but It's definitely not as good as "If I Be Lifted Up", which has more of a spiritual flavor to it (besides the "Lord's Prayer" being intertwine in the lyrics, which I like because it is creative), but this song here has too much "Christ" talk in it. Jesus never referred to himself as Christ so I feel a little tugged at the heartstrings as it doesn't move me in my spirit. Also, it makes me think that Christians would rather be on their knees praying instead of doing the work. Now, I know Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth as I was raised Baptist. My apology if I offend as that is not what I intend to do when giving reviews. Just know when you ask me for a review it will be my honest opinion. This message is good for those who are followers of Christ. Thank you. Peace

Fun Song

This has a 70s feel to it.... I love it. Thank you for being true to your style. It's a fun song with the truth wrapped in it! There are two parts I questioned -- the part when the change came in (With the precious Blood of Christ.....that part) and the part that came in after the claps. I believe you held back on both parts. I believe the parts could've been much stronger vocally. Other than that I enjoyed it.
