Song Reviews
Very good!!!
Congratulations! A very good song to listen to. The peace and quiet that it happens is indescribable. All this accompanied by a country atmosphere and a vocal well arranged. The keyboard is a musical based on keeping all the harmony of music. The song is very good, as well as harmony it has its own identity, that is, is a song that does not look like anything we're used to hearing.

A curious mix
With the vocals of Joe Walsh, the guitar work of Bernie Leadon and the keyboard sound of OMD this is definately a strange yet captivating sound. Please push the vocals forward more, the voice is really good.

New music just got better
Awesome song. I really like the vocal track and the way it starts in the beginning, the verse is my favorite part, and then the song gets intensified by the instrumental background.

Good job
Sounds cool, i think you were working a lot in this piece, but i think if you may change some guitar effects would be better and with more clarity in the sound

Great introduction with really good effects on the vocals, song has interesting lyrics. Smooth sound over all. Like the six strings guitar. Feels like easing through the song with an ethereal flow. I like the lyrics: " I don't mind, I really don't mind" Really relaxed throughout. Great little effect on the outro. Overall, I really like song. This song would make me listen to more of yours.

Different
The song Band geek by Ralph is a little out of my normal listening genre but does have potential. Obviously its a basic demo production and gives the idea of where you could take the song. Vocally its not the toughest to sing but its more the undertones I believe is what is trying to be forefront here. Once the production was of closer to radio standard would be cool to have a listen. The song within the genre has potential. Keep having fun and making music.

really digggin this
wow I gotta say this is super dope. this is one of those tracks that you cant really put your finger on what it sounds like or resembles which is very good. lol I love the song make up and subject material. pretty damn clever. aside from all that, all the volume levels were flawless, thought the ambient additive was really cool with the flanger type vocal processing. would definitely like to here some more of your stuff. keep pumping em out!

my review on BAND GEEK (Ralph Tomaseli)
First I have to say that this song has a very unique sound, a good use of some electronica and synths and has some cool potential for licensing on a tv show or movie, in my opinion. The only weak spot would be the vocals, which are mixed with some special effect (a flange or chorus, not sure), and it would be okay if it wasn't used in the entire song. My advice would be to mix the vocals ALWAYS up front, where the gain is louder than the main backing instruments, and effects such as extra compression or flanging etc. should be used sparsely. I noticed that this was used on another song as well. Maybe on the 1st verse, then, bring the vocals UP and let them rock! Other than that, great song and great theme as well. Good lyrics. Wish you success with your tunes, you have quite some talent there, Ralph!

Unorthodox , Mellow, Consistent, Dark
This piece of art combines all elements found in this field of alternative rock. Its somewhat shady , unorthodox, mellow, consistent, and dark. It reminds me of Nine Inch Nails to be honest, But it really is a cool track. I can feel that west coast vibe, which i love in music.

Interesting
The vocals are good but could be a bit louder.I like the over all concept /idea of the song. You could maybe try and rerecord this song . I think you can do better.

An answer to a Universal stereotype ...
I like the cool groove. The music is interesting, the time signature turnaround is cool, and the vocal almost eerie..in a good way. The laughter is a bit strange but a powerful statement. Musicians lay their creativity on the line, vulnerable and risking being ridiculed... A valid angst for all of us. But reminiscent of the Crosby Stills and Nash song that proudly proclaimed, "....I'll let my Freak Flag fly... " I like that the song finishes with "I don't mind, I don't mind" ... very creative!
