Sometimes you need to get away....
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? Imagine that there are no limitations - anywhere on Earth, or to another planet or galaxy....
Imagine if you could get away from high prices at the store. Imagine a place without hurricanes or floods or disasters. I really like to imagine other places; sometimes I dream about going there.
Jesus said, "I am going away to prepare a place for you." (John chapter 14:2).
He really is alive, He really cares about you, He knows all about you, and He accepts you just as you are. I wrote a song called "Trillion Mile Blip," and it's about traveling a trillion miles in a very short time!
The Bible says that when Jesus comes back, He will take all of those who follow Him to His home. It says He will do that "In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye." (I Corinthians chapter 15:52).
In the Greek language, this phrase literally means "In a moment of time that cannot be divided in two."
What is the only number that cannot be divided in half?
How about zero? In zero time, He will take us home!
Ask Jesus into your life; tell Him your troubles, ask Him to forgive you of what you have done wrong (everyone has done things that are wrong). Ask Him to help you fight your battles, and to give you strength.
Read the book of John, and learn about how much He loves you, what He has done for you, and the hope you can have in Him - and believe His promise to take you on a "trillion mile blip" to His home!
No one will be homeless when they reach the destination He is preparing for them....
