This is dope. Remind me of Nelly or a flo rida type vibe beat but the emcee Mic Shannon is dope! I enjoy listening to this. We only got that one moment in time. I hope he keeps making music and always try to keep a good message in the music!

This track is soooo cool. first thing that got me was the old school flow , reminded me a little of sir mix alot, but not a copy either. The track is nice mainly because although it is repetitive ( not a bad thing ) it modulates , and the tone of the rapper changes with the modulation. That alone takes this to another level. Only thing I would suggest is spread out the panning on the track it'll make it more three dimensional, and use the stereo field more dynamically. Overall this hits all the high marks, including radio friendly , and commercial. The rappers are excellent , and your timing is amazing all the double times are absolutely on time , and that really give the song it's groove ,love this one guys .... and this is from a philly homeboy ..

What comes off right off the top and in the beginning of the track is the vibrant energy of the song. The music and the beat sets a proper mood for the concept of the song and the lyrical content. Definitely there isn't a question this emcee can rap and can flip mad styles. The mood is always import to me when it comes to listening to new music. What's the mood it puts me in when i first hear it!!

Nice Flow
Mic Shannon... This song has a nice flow you got going to it. Your lyrical skills are definitely on point and your delivery is energetic and believable. So I can't give you nothing but props for that. But now let's get to "the real" part which is the part people don't like to hear about their songs. Now these aren't negative, just areas I noticed that could be better, different or taken out based on my experience as a DJ and producer, my opinions and basically the energy of the song. Hopefully you'll use it as a tool and not be offended. First thing is I think it would've been a better song if you did the song without trying to be in key (as in singing). Even if you had just broke away from it for a lil bit and did it just here and there instead of through the whole song. By doing that, you gave the entire song a "dated" time stamp on it almost. Sounds like early 2000's songs. Within the chorus I noticed you giving it a lil hype feel in your back up vocals, but you sound very much like a "back in the day T.I." while doing it. Again putting a dated feel on the song. But I guess depending on your age (as in the listener), those might have been the best music era for them so maybe there is an audience for that style. Plus they say things always come back around with a twist and maybe this is it. But you can not call this Hip Hop... This is Rap only, all the way. These are just my thoughts. And again it's a nice song. I just think it would've fit a lil better for you if you didn't soften it up with that singing style. I'll give you an example of how you softened it up by doing that style... Nelly. True he has made hits and money, but that's mostly the earlier Nelly material. Hopefully you understand what I'm getting at. If that's the audience you're going for, you're on the right path. I'd like to hear you on some "harder hitting", 808 bass heavy Trap or Boom Bap style track. You have made skills. I just think your music could be holding you back on this one. Again, this isn't bad... It just feels dated. I have those songs as well. And sometimes it's hard to face that fact because you keep thinking it might work. Hopefully it does. But, sometimes you have to hear what listeners are telling you. They are your audience. And you're not going to please everyone with every song you make. Always remember that. Keep pushin'.

Good Vibes
This is a great result of great production partnered with some lyrics. The engineering on here was well executed as well. Sound like whoever recorded this did a great job as well. I was listening to this at a family get together and everyone agreed this is some good feeling music. You should really consider getting a website and getting music on some major platforms like Spotify, iTunes, Tidal, etc. I can help cause I am a graphic designer and can help market your music to a wide audience.

The versus to this song are okay, MIC SHANNON is basically saying that he’s been work so hard he needs to take brake and spend some time with ladies, but at the same time he still as the is eye on is goal.
