Internationally recognized for her singing and songwriting abilities, teen singer/songwriter, WAMI and NSAI member, Becca Richter, shows a musical maturity with her developed vocals & instrumentals, all of which she composes herself. Becca has been likened to Jewel & keeps audiences interested with sounds of pop, country, jazz & contemporary Christian music. Becca is a 2012 WAMI "Rising Star" nominee Becca’s original song, “Honey Bee” was chosen as the winning entry for the 2011 May YobiSing contest. She debuted her original music in Nashville, TN, where she appeared at the Douglas Corner Café Songwriter’s Night and Picks Nashville. Becca won the "Big Star US Tour Reality" competition and was named "Artist of the Month" in the Teenage Rockstar competition based in Germany, earning herself a Yamaha electric guitar and international exposure. Becca’s is the 2012 Distinguished Young Woman of Waukesha, a national scholarship program that honor scholastics, leadership and talent.
