"Reggae music is a way for JAH love to speak through us" Feel the love, happiness and good vibrations from LA's own Redemption Sevenfold. Known for their thrilling and conscious original rockin' roots reggae. The tight band is an inspiration for fans and musicians alike.
A recent highlight came when Stevie Wonder Joined them onstage jamming harmonica on Bob Marley's "Belly Full". They've also played with members of Earth Wind & Fire, The Wailers, Steel Pulse, Pat Benetar, Peter Tosh, Ziggy Marley, Black Uhuru and many other music luminaries.
Redemption Sevenfold began in Los Angeles in 1981. Along with lyricist & founder Redemption from Trinidad, the international band features the amazing one-handed guitar virtuoso Saint Paul from St. Louis. On drums is a star in his own right - the Jamaican artist Shaka Man. Wailin' Souls famed bassist Jonzie, and keyboardist Novak come from Belize, and the multi-talented Spiro is from California.
When not on tour, their SoCal shows are red hot, and the place to catch the core of the LA roots reggae scene dancing to Jah music. And you never know when a special guest star will show u
