Roy Sandoval is an American Rap Artist who goes by the stage name Regulator, Born December 19th 1988 In Portales New Mexico. Now Hailing from Lincoln County NM, home of Billy The Kid. Regulator started making music at the age of 13 first starting as a Christian rapper after seeing the corruption of the church in America by the Government his music took a political shift. 11 years later in 2012 Regulator was contacted by Mike Thompson VP of JMD Records/Ingrooves/Universal Music Group after speaking about Current & future projects Regulator signed A 3 year distribution deal with their distribution company JMD Distribution(Now MondoTunes). On the summer of 2012 Regulator created his own Record Label under MondoTunes/Ingrooves/Universal Music Group naming his Indie Label "Regulator Recordings Inc" Releasing 3 Albums World Wide "War Games"(April 12th 2012), "Classified"(June 25th 2012), & "Still Smokin"(Sept 15th 2012) His 4th album "50 Armed States" releases world wide 8/23/2013..
