I liked this song and found it to be a grower. There's something about the vocal delivery , especially at the beginning that gives it an early Velvet Underground feel but he doesn't sound like Lou Reed so it's also quite unique. The interest is fairly well sustained throughout but the band's support is a little obvious and therefore bland. More dynamics and strip the instrumentation down a bit more at points will give it more impact and help to showcase the voice. All in all, a good track hence the 4 stars.

It is a good and respectable song. Made in beautifull feelings and spirit, a style that make it all good. It is a kind of folk music with a guitar and drums, called american folkmusic. He has a special beautifull voice.

First, the voice captures you, then it has a great build-up to the chorus. Some great distortion sounds on the guitar bring some great dynamics. The production is very good and the overall song is very catchy and one of them tunes that get better each time you listen. Just wish it was a little longer.

Really nice opening sets up an exciting song story with much complexity. Excellent vocals and well written lyrics with deep emotion. Strong chorus that really speaks loudly and with powerful meaning. Great effort and much talent. Effective music break slides right into a perfect bridge to make for a subtle smash of a conclusion.

Good pop rock song, well composed. Good mixing job done. The song has tension. I mean that the refrain contrasts to the verse. I think this production is radio fit. Nothing more to say - if you like rock, this is your song.

Sounds for me like alternative rock influenced from melodic rock elements. The unique vocals of Rhett Sibley and the lyrics make the meaning of the song engaging for me. Soft intro and then great played rock-guitars take over. Really fat e-guitar sound enhances the chorus. Good job on drums and the bass making the song complete. The band understand what good music is about. The instrumentation including acoustic guitar in the backing is creative arranged and has great moments because of different brakes forcing the music constantly on a higher level. This extra factor brings increasing power into the music. This song could be a radio hit!

Crazy Lately is the quintessential big 80's song released in 2020. Well recorded. Pure rock at it's essential best with lyrics that make you want to be in the song. Guitar, bass drums is all this pop rock tune needs to climb the charts. The pregnant pause is my only concern. I almost turned away from the tune. IMO a little more sustain during the pause or shorten it and it would let me know there more coming, and oh boy what a great ending! Over all a cool song for a live performance at 4:42, which can easily be extended with a killer jam at the end. Engineering was near perfect. I'll buy it, a concert ticket, and a t-shirt when you get to NYC. Crazy Lately is pretty much how most of us feel these day. Thanks for the tune which put me back into my late 20s and has me looking for my Camaro to blast it in front of that special girl's house.
