I've just begun a new collaboration with artist Bob Nugent to write a suite of music to accompany a series of paintings that are his reflections on the environment and its degradation. Specifically Minas Gerais, Brazil, and the impacts of strip mining there. After completion, his series, accompanied by my musical suite, will have it's debut showing in Brazil in the summer of 2021.
