A bit late I know, but Happy New Year to all.
I have uploaded another song called "The Mary Celeste" The famous "ghost" ship of 1872. Hopefully I´ve managed to capture the atmosphere of what could happened to have created this legendary event.

S101 HMS Dreadnought was Britains first nuclear powered submarine. Launched by Queen Elizabeth II on Trafalgar Day, 21 October 1960. More on Wikipedia.....
Another of my passions is Formula 1 motor racing. I have followed it since the early sixties.
To mark the start of this season later this month, I have uploaded one of my Grand Prix songs, titled "Jochen Rindt"
Jochen Rindt was the only driver in Formula 1 history to be posthumously awarded the world driver championship in 1970. He died at the Italian GP in Monza during practice for the race. His lead in that years championship was so great that no one caught him.
The trophy was handed to his Widow by his friend and fellow racer Jackie Stewart.
A new song is up again, this time a small composition I did a few years ago for a possible theme tune for TV or film. Robin Hood Bay, Which is a real place on the coast of Yorkshire in England.
Firstly I would like to wish everyone a very happy and successful new year.
I shall uploading and swapping my songs as and when I see appropriate,hoping you all come and visit when you can.
Remember that all my songs are free downloads, so if you want one better be quick before your favourite is removed to make way for another......
Later this year I shall be retiring from the day job, so hope to have more time for Motorbikes, travel and creating more music.

As I am only allowed to upload 3 songs I will be rotating my creations to suit the time of year, at the moment that means 3 halloween themed songs. As time goes by songs will be rotated on a regular basis - might encourage people tp come by often.....hopefully.

About Richard H. Bright
I was born way back on the 5th February 1953 in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. England.
I was taught piano at an early age, but didn´t really improve after grade three. Instead I took an interest in composing my own music, and much later with experimenting electronics in music creation. One of my early influences was the title theme to "Doctor Who"
After I joined the British Army in 1969 music became my main hobby, and played keyboard in various local bands.
In 1983 I left the Army and stayed in Germany where I was stationed at the time, and am still here.
It was the 90s before I discovered music programms on computers, but I couldn´t handle the complicated things...
So I made music with a PlayStation2 and a Music2000 programm, and that folks, it what I still use today, which is why the sound quality is probably not as good the others who use more advanced platforms.
Although I make electronic music I still prefer it to have a melody line in a song, I also do experimental sound scapes songs, but still want a melody in most songs I create.
I love rearranging and recreating the classics which gives me a challenge and great pleasure.
