Great sound
Classical retro rock sound of when America found itself on the road. Epic solos with the keys and guitars so strap in and watch the scenery. Listening to this along with Lynyrd Skynyrd would be a natural choice.

really engaging
Hello Richie :) Very nice tune! 70s vibes but I could still picture it as a soundtrack for a modern tv serie. The rhytme is really engaging, also because it's been sung and played in the right way, with great timing and the right dynamic ( I like the fact you've given space to both the piano and the guitar). I've listen to this three times but I could not find anything I would change (even though it's not my genre). Well done!

Uplifting Song.
Very equilibrated 70's sound. With nice arrengments and wiked parts. Song with lot of energy from the beggining to the really end. Remminds me a mix of many good Rock Classics from the Golden Era. Good work.

The Ryde
Nice riff in the intro.. Powerful vocal.. Very steady rythm.. Would be a fitting song for Sons Of Anarchy or something. Catchy tune.. And the lyrics are easy to recall:) A very vell arranged rock song..

Great Rocker
Although this keeps in line with the "Richie Hoffman" overall sound, "The Ryde" relies on a a heavy guitar to get the story, feel and mood across. The song starts off strong and just keeps moving in the spirit of a fast ride on a bike. Great guitar work and an overall fun rocker.

You should take this Ryde!
Richie Hoffman's "The Ryde" has very nice changes, moves fast, displays good musicianship, and reminded me of cool seventies rockers like Wishbone Ash and Uriah Heep. It's a killer tune and I highly recommend you check it. out.

The Ryde
Really great intro to this song, it jumps right out the gate and takes you for a ride. It is a very visual song that helps the listener relate to the song. It has a great backbeat that fits the reference of this song. In the mid-section, it has a lift with a pause that adds to the excitement of the song. There is some great guitar playing that happens after that with a hint of the keyboard. After that is starts to get a little repetitive, so I think it could end there or skip over that section and get into the part that has another movement (What I want, What I feel), again, some interesting keyboards. Overall, a good song but perhaps it could be a bit shorter which I think might make it a little more enjoyable. Good drums at the end, I just would have enjoyed hearing that a bit sooner.

great song
Waw. Another quality-song by mr Hoffman... Good instrumentation. Good voice. Good lyrics. Good guitar-solo(s)... This song is really like a whirling motorcycle ride. I mean... whirly, but really HOT. The break is nice: I like the organ. Can I say that this song can in a way be somewhat compared with the song " Stone Free" by J.H. Experience ? It gives me that same hot feeling in a way. Though this song is really unique: It really seems like you're improving on creating compositions. I like the way you end the song with that magnificent lick... You have a closing composition here. Well-done ! Great !

I'm into it
I'm not a biker or a rocker, but I got into this song. Love the simplicity of the lyrics, how upper they are. I like the idea of a midnight sun. This could have been a freakin classic rock hit that people sang at karaoke. I know it's typical of the genre to have the instrumental shred bridge, but if I could change anything about this song, it would be to add lyrics to the bridge (not that the guitar or drums weren't on point--they were). Your vocals really gave this song its vibe, and I just want more! Great song, Richie.

Ride on!
There is something to be said for some straight-up rock & roll, especially now when this song talks about a safe way to have some out-of-doors isolated recreation. Richie has taken his friend's obsession and made a tribute to those who Live to Ride & Ride to Live. The fact that it has a great tune, sound, beat, & surprise ending only add to the persona and attitude it shows. Well done!

The Ryde Of Your Life
Classic rock music always kicks ass and this is no exception. From the start, you are on the edge of your seat, just like a V twin for your ears. The production is superb and the vibe is non stop madness in an amazing way. I think the energy is addictive and the quality of the players is obvious. Great lyrics delivered in a punchy way keep you energised till the end. Great guitars and drums and who doesn't love a good organ in a rock tune. Love it !

Kinda like The Melvins and Karp.
I like the timing, when the lyrics start and the length of each verse / chorus. It sounds like a live recording (in a good wave). Overall good sound quality. And very liquid / fluent progression from start to finish.

That rocks!
Impressive indie-rock song, professional recorded. Mixing and mastering is pefectly well done. Not only the really engaging played drums forcing the music constantly on a higher level, also the genuinely well licks of the rock-guitar. Varied patterns of the drums includes very powerfull kick-stuff. That isn´t easy because of the orchestration with virtuos rock solos of the e-guitar and implements a deep feeling for rock music. The vocalist brings really strong feeling into the song. Imaginative lyrics and additional instruments like keys and bass make this song complete. All instruments really stand out. This arrangement is more creative than some others, influenced by Independent and Hard-Rock. I can´t stop listen to this song and I´m sure you will like to add. Let others know your recommendation.

Great music art
This is a great song and performance. The melody is strong and tuneful. The singer has an attractive vocal tone, and puts real feeling into the lyrics. The lyrics are interesting and meaningful with some punchy phrases. Instrumentally, the song has a rich, full accompaniment that complements the vocal track perfectly. Great guitar solo too, although I think a grittier tone would suit the dark mood of the song better. The performance quality is high throughout, both vocally and instrumentally. Overall, the song is distinctive and original, and I think it has strong commercial potential.

In MY Opinion
Greetings, Thank you for choosing me to review your work, I count it an honor to be included in such a task. My hat is off to you and anyone willing to step out and share their gift, talent and love of music to the public. Be it a musician, singer, song writer, actor and so-on. I myself, via 40 some years of experience in the fields, on the road, in the studio, radio, TV, video, and management, consider myself to be a seasoned musician, singer, song writer, studio-sound tech/engineer/ owner/operator, stage manager, find it sometimes hard/difficult and perhaps not even fair to sit in a seat, voicing My Opinion concerning another's creative efforts. Especially in certain genres of music I am not all that familiar with concerning very important elements that make up and meet the required standards to justify the various levels of ratings and grades. So, in saying ALL that, I will limit myself to MY Opinion concerning the quality of the work according to My ears, and the standards I have been familiarized with thru-out the years. I hold to the old - saying " Beauty Is In The EAR of The Beholder ... LOL. The sound quality of the recording over-all is very crisp and bright and clear, I really enjoyed the energy in this song. Vocals are smooth and natural, sort of - down to earth as they say. The mix levels let me know who was still in charge of this song. Very easy to sit back and listen to. I mean no offense in any part, I myself take all feedback and use it as a tool toward my next project. I pray you feel the same way. Either way, I say to you, keep doing what you do, keep kicking and enjoying what you do. I tell folks all the time for many years. When it stops being FUN, then it's time to stop, and stand back and think about what we are doing, why we are doing it, how we are doing it, what we and others are getting out it. Is it what we want, and how we want it. IF NOT. what are willing to do from there? Thank you again for asking MY OPINION. Johnny

Rock to dance
The attack of this song is very rock, it remembers the 70s, with the idea to have a direct connection to the people. This song is apt for a pub, to see the people dance. The piano in the background is good, as the electric guitar.
