GREAT VOCALS
A very good afternoon to you Richie and thank you very much for the invite to review your track "LET IT GO" which may i say i found in my personal music opinion to be a suburb composition with great male and female vocals blending in very well, the lyrics are outstanding and the melody is very strong, the production has been produced to a very high standard which is required these days by major Labels and i could see this track getting into the Music Charts with no problems. Good luck with it.

Letting go
Lovely to sing as father and daughter and piano is great. I liked the lead guitar intro and the piano alone, lyrics are to the point the electric guitar builds the end of the song as to soar as you fly off and let go of what your claws are holding on to. fits all very nicely letting go. some of the lyrics are straightforward like taking to the grave. not sure it was needed in this song, however thanks for posting.

Let It Go
Nice one this one. Beautiful music and the vocals fit well together, Reminds me a bit of the music of the late seventies. I think this one would be nice to listen to driving down highway at night or on a hot summer day.

Won't let go… This is a good song :-)
A well balanced and rocking song, with a solid rhythmic base. I like the piano and guitars parts, they are beautifully written and played with good taste. The voices are very beautiful! Your daughter sings very beautifully too. The harmony on the chorus is very interesting. Thanks for the good time! Rex.

Reviewing Let it Go by Richie Hoffman
Reviewing Let it Go by Richie Hoffman, listed in the Easy Listening Charts. Quite a dramatic start on the piano, which I hadn't expected then acoustic guitar, nonetheless a vibrant introductory entrance to this piece as is as an important feature of any works of music and song as it draws in the listener. I personally would have classified this as a popular rock/pop piece. If you're looking for a laid back experience on a Sunday afternoon, maybe this isn't it but it stands up as a lovely worked song, dramatic instrumentalisation, really competent vocals and studio working. Great stuff guys

Nice Song
When I saw that the song was special because it featured Richie's daughter, I did not know what to expect. This girl has a great voice. The piano and guitar parts were just what I would expect from this artist. I have reviewed another song of his recently and his songs are right up my alley. I enjoy the classic rock sound and feel his songs generate and the musicianship is spot on. Having a daughter with a voice like that is definitely a plus. Really nice song.

Let It Go
Opening kinda makes you interested immeadiately. Nice melody is nice.Vocals I rate good but the female is exceptionally good. It could use a stronger ending. I feel the I believe studio time wit a professional producer would tur this into a good piece.

duetto
duetto che canta una canzone carina e originale. col pianoforte conduttore che li sostiene ma nonostante tutto sia abbastanza suonate bene. la canzone seppur carina sembra si perda un po'. mio parere. ma si può' migliorare

Let it Go
Great Piano and vocals on the beginning of the song. The melody sequence is very beautiful with many great choose ways. Love the duo on the vocals. The guitar solo back to the vocals got fantastic. And also the mean guitar solo. Very good work! Keep the good work Aira Winterland

They let it show.
I have personal experience with the thrill of performing with one's daughter. Glad Richie has too. This is a nice combo of piano and guitar, Sr. & Jr. singers, and a good message, tune & performance. I wish them well going forward both personally & professionally, with hopefully many more such opportunities.

nice song
Hi. This is a good song by which really is being spoken from the heart. There is a huge ammount of feeling in it. The lyrics are wise and touchy, the instrumentation is kinda classic, but hey, well recorded ! Good guitar-solo. The voices in duet make you really shed a tear... The chordscheme is well found, but it's a pity the chorus isn't repeated once more near the end; if you're able to do that, then we've got a cracker. The composition is very important in singer songwriting to my opinion. Keep up with the good work: Very curious for more of your songs.

your song
Hello Richie, thanks a lot for sending me your song for review, very nice song this is; first of all, the singing melodies are beautiful, your voice and female voice pass great to each other, the melody of the song reminds me the old times, those old rock ballad of the 80s. Lovely instrumentation, the guitars are great, the solo is beautifully played as well as the piano lines are very well played, I could hear every detail inside the song, great song, great lyrics and congratulations, many greetings from Germany, Alfredo

Excellent Pop Song with rock elements
The song impressed me deeply much. Melodical introduction with piano theme, underlaid by perfect accompanying acoustic guitar characterises this recording. Unique performance of the duet vocalists bringing deep feel into the music. The empathic lyrics come from the heart and make the meaning of the song engaging for me. Additional instrumentation like drums, bass and e-guitar influenced by patterns pop and rock increasing the music. Imaginative transitions and a great rock-guitar solo making the song lively and creative. Mixing and mastering is brilliant in appropriation of different music styles. Virtuos orchestrated melodies of the acoustic-guitar in the backing carries the recording. All instruments are extremely good played and stand out. Really professionelly mixed and mastered recording. Overall fantastic work and arrangement from the composer. The song could be a radio hit and it´s an original. Listen to the song and I´m sure you will like to add. Let others know your recommendation.

In MY Opinion
Greetings, Thank you for choosing me to review your work, I count it an honor to be included in such a task. My hat is off to you and anyone willing to step out and share their gift, talent and love of music to the public. Be it a musician, singer, song writer, actor and so-on. I myself, via 40 some years of experience in the fields, on the road, in the studio, radio, TV, video, and management, consider myself to be a seasoned musician, singer, song writer, studio-sound tech/engineer/ owner/operator, stage manager, find it sometimes hard/difficult and perhaps not even fair to sit in a seat, voicing My Opinion concerning another's creative efforts. Especially in certain genres of music I am not all that familiar with concerning very important elements that make up and meet the required standards to justify the various levels of ratings and grades. So, in saying ALL that, I will limit myself to MY Opinion concerning the quality of the work according to My ears, and the standards I have been familiarized with thru-out the years. I hold to the old - saying " Beauty Is In The EAR of The Beholder ... LOL. The sound quality of the recording over-all is very crisp and bright and clear, I really enjoyed the message, piano work and emotion in this song. Vocals are smooth and natural, sort of - down to earth as they say, and extremely peaceful. The mix levels let me know who was still in charge of this song. Very easy to sit back and listen to. I mean no offense in any part, I myself take all feedback and use it as a tool toward my next project. I pray you feel the same way. Either way, I say to you, keep doing what you do, keep kicking and enjoying what you do. I tell folks all the time for many years. When it stops being FUN, then it's time to stop, and stand back and think about what we are doing, why we are doing it, how we are doing it, what we and others are getting out it. Is it what we want, and how we want it. IF NOT. what are willing to do from there? Thank you again for asking MY OPINION. Johnny

An interesting duet
This duet is interesting, because the two voices are very different but they have their spaces and they sing together too. The sound is soft rock, a particular sound, with an electric guitar.
