What a cool vibe, getting your attention right away! This is really well arranged and produced, with excellent of stereo spread. The chorus is catchy, The bridge works well, and I especially love the change of sound and instruments in the song. It keeps your interest and and enhances such a good song!

This was one of the better songs I've had the pleasure of listening to for review. I like the positive message for the negative situations. The musicianship, arrangement and vocals were really good. I also thought the guitar solo was really tasteful. I can see why you've had so many good reviews, I actually listened to it a few times. I would recommend this song to anybody who enjoys the "classic rock and/or 90's punk sound as it felt a little like both to me.

Gnarly old-vine roots rock! Ever tried an "old vine" Zinfandel wine? Richer and much more moody than the young vine stuff? That's what you've got here - old, woody, wise and colorful with tone that goes on forever. Rick has been around and it shows in his music - hell, it shows in his soul. If a rocker stuck around until he was old as Moses and as wise as Solomon and could play a guitar like scratching and itch, he would be Rick Denzien - except there already is one. And you can hear him now.

"Go out and play" is a fresh breath on this site. The song is build up on the idea of "Cut the crap and get to the chorus" witch works great for this song. Great vocals and harmonies, love the Eric Johnson like guitar sound. The organ could probably have a bit rougher sound and a pic a few other notes in the intro. The song deserve a recording in a pro studio and with the right producer this one could really hit the big charts. keep up the good work & rock on ! -Kris

This rocking tune is relevant to the crazy times we are all living through. The lyrics are insightful - especially the references to scanning codes-and the overall musicianship is professional. Awesome guitar solo. I highly recommend Go Out and Play.

Nice ,easy going song, the beat is mild and good, like that. The additional vocals to the song, gives the song more depth, which most songs do need. Continue that style. Keep up the good work,Well done.

Cool groove in Go Out And Play. Reminds me vocally of Michael Jackson. I doubt I'm the only one that might think that. He's got a nice mix of harmony tracks, lead guitar. Overall just a very solid tune. You'll like it. Now Go Out And Play.

Nice ethereal opening into a clean and crisp verse to start the song. Quickly followed up by that catchy chorus accompanied with a nice harmony vocal. Reminiscent of early Matthew Sweet and I'm swimming in melody thru the bridge and then captivated by a smooth and just twangy enough lead guitar solo. Chorus jams out through the end with that excellent lead guitar accompanied by the singalong harmonies and everybody is joining in on the fun! Excellent message for these troubled times, fun tune great work!

Rick Denizen isn't wasting any time. He's got the goods and sings it like he knows it. His voice is just sultry enough with being pretentious. His lyrics are sharp and very well delivered. The track is right in the pocket with a very pro-feel and sounding drummer. I like the echo voice which sounds like it my be female but it only adds to this catch tune doesn't distract nor take away. The guitars riffs are played very well and delivered with a great sound and effiency. This sounds like a great single though I hear ut as a second single rather than a first. There is a sense of "holding backness" which may be intentional. As, if Rick has gotten something even more energetic and rocking that he is holding in the wings. I went through about 35 songs before I found yours because I don't being mean! The obvious: Love the 80's feel with the B'52's overtone to the sound, the clean recording, vocals, and everything. Usually, I try to tell the artist how to fix or make something better. That is not the case here. I have to say is to keep me in mind for guitar or keyboards when you get out on tour. I don't do what you do now, not for myself, but I did it in the '80s and your sound is rock solid. I love it!

Ok folks it's time for another bop review so let's get started, this is a very kool alternative style type song its got a good rhythm section of bass and drums going on and the guitars are screaming right at me and some good chords as well.the keyboards are right in the mix of things as well it short of reminds of the group the outfield and the vocals sound like the great late J creed I really liked this track a lot. An interesting little number here with loads of intertwining guitar and excellent female backing nice roxy music sort of start with plenty of atmosphere love the quirky backing effects and keyboards making appearances here and there great guitar work nice sound. Good song for a country ride in and old car. Cool mood and nice melody. The rythms are dancing whith the words. It's vrery dynamic and powerfull. His style and voice makes me think of Tom Petty in the good days.

The sound is very eighties. It has all the flavor of classic American rock. The drummer sounds very good. And the song takes you with it without difficulty. Easy to listen. It stays in your mind.
