The roaring 50's and 60's

The song was very fun to listen to.And had that feeling of walking on the beach with your girlfriend kinda traditional. It brang back memories of when days where simpler and why less stress full where people went out and had fun with each other.I liked certain parts that showed originality probably because of what the guitar was doing which was nice.Over all it was goodtimes all over again.Nice song!

I really like your stuff

I really like your stuff, man. This is kind of music i can listen almost all day. The song it's really nice but a little bit short. The bigger and most important problem is that there is so much noise in the back. SO MUCH NOISE, that I'm losing the pleasure of listening to the song because of the quality. You gotta keep that in mind the next time. Or use some program for noise removal to clear it. Otherwise i told you - great. Keep rockin' and good luck! Cheers, Donnie Donkov

Lovely 50's song.

Neither what's new is better. Simple harmonies, nice vocal chorus. Guitar solo quite adequate, simple things can worth. Quite nostalgic, and lovely!!

Review of The Carnival by Rick Jenkins.

This tune is relatively straight ahead late 50's early 60's pop/rock & roll. Shades of Buddy Holly are presented here. The recording is good for a demo but not for much else. The tune itself has a catchy way about it but lacks that real strong hook. Also adding some instruments would be wise to make the production and arrangement much stronger. Little things such as a piano track along with some extra percussion and more vocals could help this cute little tune.

Your Song "The carnival"

Well let me tell you, That is down right country with a catchy Bass groove and Lyrics and a very classy Guitar sound on the Lead. I can tell that this is a true band and not electronic drums and an overall well recorded sound that reminds me of a touch of Johnny Cash with a little upbeat rock. All and all I think this sounds like a Hell of a party. Write On~~~

WOW!

You had me rocking my body side to side to the rhythm! Holy Gosh this song was so sweet! Is that you singing and playing guitar? If not you guys are talented! I just wished this was in a better higher quality. This is the type of music I like when I go to places to relax. Personally I liked this song. - Melissa Starfall
