Hi, My Music Family, I don't use that term loosely anyone that took time to get on this list of fans are all of that to me. I read everything you write to me and hopefully responded to all of your contacts with me. I've been busy working with this great company out of NYC that truly have the artists vision in mind when they work with you . This is exactly the opposite of what the music industry usually does. They like to mold you into something they think will make them money and are not at all concerned with the artists' vision we're looked at as a commodity and expendable at that! I've been lucky enough after a lot of research to find Cari Cole Voice & Music Co. This team of industry experts in Music Production, branding, & media also bring to the table outstanding knowledge of navigating the ever- evolving music business . This is why I haven't followed up on previous promises of new material . The team is helping me to deliver the best I have to give to the music community . They have worked with finalists from the show "The Voice" as mentors and vocal coaches, bands like Journey , Steely Dan, & others we would recognize as household names besides helping unknown artists such as me, who worked in the background as a gun for hire with a famous R&B band and now doing my original music that caught their ear.. I have a desire to modernize my music but still keep it's connective roots to the past (there's so much great music out there. I'm gonna cut to the point & that's I have slowed down the process a bit to pay attention to the details that make an exceptional album such as the ones we all know all love as monuments of excellence in music. These artists actually connected in important ways with our lives ironically, beyond the music itself . This is a tall order(yikes!) a challenge I feel compelled to take on. I've waited most of my life to finally be able to create a meaningful album that will speak to both you & me in vision and scope. I'll release it when I am satisfied I've given you my best.
