Greetings from Italy
Dear friends,
I'm writing to thank you for your messages that have been many in this period.
Here in Rome, and in Italy, we are facing a completely new, unexpected and even dramatic experience. The spread of Coronavirus has forced our government to close all schools, universities, restaurants, bars. One cannot leave the house in order not to spread the virus. It looks like nuclear war, which we have seen many times in the movies. The city is spooky, the streets are deserted, the few people who leave the house to shop some food have a protective mask on their faces and I walk fast.
But there are also positive aspects: we spend time at home (for me, who travels constantly is a good news), we stay with the family, we fix many things, we cook delicious things. Personally I am writing a lot of music and studying every day. In addition, I'm doing virtual lessons to dozens of students from the conservatory where I teach: we all connect via the internet and spend hours together talking about music, obviously jazz!
I'm thinking of uploading a new song, but I see that many have included my songs in their playlists, and this makes me undecided.
Do you have any advice for me?
Which of the three songs can I replace?
Which one should I not remove?
