Song Reviews
The Dance by Rockin' Rob Wright
Loving the guitars from the start. Smooth beginning and it just flows all the way through. This is a good song for my taste. I like the writing, production, performance. It has elements of 70s and 80s woven within and just sounds good. The kind of song I would have jumped on if asked to help with. Good work, Rob!

Vibes!
I like the originality of your work. Strong message and creativity is a big plus. Good production, I can hear some good vocals to this, good job on the final mix-down. I can tell you have your heart and soul into what you do. Keep on pushing and never give up or get distracted in pursuing the dream of making it. I like the instrumental blend of sounds with some vocals and the production on the track is good. Keep up the great work! Peace!!!

Dancing
One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song it's categorized by Hard Rock and Blues. It's neither, but a nice rock ballad. Vocally the production sounds like the singer is too far away from the microphone, but the guitars shine bright in this slow, methodic journey called The Dance.

Unusual - and outstanding!
An unusual and somehow a bit bumpy intro and an even more unusual end are setting the frame for this piece of art. What happens in between has thrilled me so much that I had to repeat listening several times. Ok, I am a guitar player myself, so there's basically no wonder that I like guitars. But what you have created here is outstanding, magnificient, in some moments breathtaking. It's not a wall of sound, it is sort of a heaven of sounds, it creates pictures of an ocean, a horizon, a rising sun in my head. Spectacular.

THE SONG LAUNCHES WELL FROM THE INTRODUCTION IN A DOORISH WAY ALMOST WITH THE MORRISON STLE VOCALS AND SIMPLE STRUCTURE BUT HAS A TRANCE LIKE ABILITY TO PULL YOU INTO ITS RYTHM LOADS OF SPACE AND ATMOSPHERE IN THIS TRACK KEEPS YOU IN THE ZONE GOOD EFFORT

Great feel!
Love the feel of this song. Nice intro to kick it off. Great production and the mix is sweet. The vocals work well with the music and the instruments all blend together also. All the parts come together to create a smooth sound and mellow grove, right down my alley. Very nicely done. Hope to be hearing more of what you are doing. Great job.

The Dance (My Ritual)
Let's just start by saying this has a very nice production (much like Pink Floyd in quality of sound). Each instrument has been mixed just right to bring each of them right out front for the listener. Excellent vocals only enhance the overall sound of this composition. I enjoyed the tightness of your snare drum as well while it keeps the sound real close to the ear. Great job on this and everyone should have rave reviews about it. Good luck!

Good song
Ok, so it's obvious you can write and perform quality music. I hope you accept my criticism, as constructively, which I am ALWAYS open to constructive criticism, as it helps anyone, in any situation, improve. Period. There is ALWAYS room for improvement, I don't care if you're Eddie Van Halen, (RIP), however, the point I want to get across to you may help you advance. So, I reviewed this track, unbiased, three times. This is my honest conclusion. 1) It is good music and well written 2) The vocals need to be more upfront, as they seem buried in the mix. (If ever you listen to any song on the radio, what's the loudest thing you hear? THE SINGER. . .even if it's too loud), but if its buried, it makes the track undesirable to any listener, and believe me, I've made that mistake before, quite a bit. 3) The genre. You have it listed as rock/hard rock. No, this track isn't rock, it's more like "world" , if that makes any sense. It's not blues either. You may have these roots but they are definitely not displayed in this track, so you are going to get a listener, that after hearing 30 seconds, he's going to turn it off, because it isn't what he wants to hear. 4) Last, but not least, the percussions. You are using a drum "beat". Not a real drummer. If you choose to program drums, I would suggest at the very least, investing 400 bucks into an Alesis SR16. Its tricky, but once you get it down, it will pay off. Or get a real drummer.(SR16s are used worldwide in major studios if a percussionist is unavailable, and they have a deadline-particularly because they are REAL sampled drums). Now, if you intended this track to be like a "Peter Gabriel" thing, it works, other than that, percussions to make a huge significant impact on any track, programmed or manual. Best regards- A

great Feel
Well paced song that lays in right, and feels good to fall into. The Vocal has a good sound the way it contributes to the groove; I feel like I wish the voice was a little more up front since it's so well blended in with everything else, but the song has such a good feel that it's a winner and very enjoyable. Good luck I hope other sthat hear it enjoy it as much as I did.

Rockin Rob Wright and his fabulous "The Dance (My Ritual)"
Upon your very first listen to Maine based artist Rockin Rob Wright and his fabulous "The Dance (My Ritual)", you could not help but be deeply impressed by the great musical performance, clever writing and the exceptional production.values. While Mr. Wright's influences are evident, he has come up with a uniquely original sound that is all his own. Highly recommended - I look forward to hearing more!

Bop review
This is a really cool country, rock type of song, it sounds really cool with the effects and production. The song is really produced and mixed very well definitely not a kids mix. I like the arrangement, sound and instrumentation throughout the track. I really dig the extremely tight rhythm section as well. The vocals and lyrics are definitely thought out very well. When lyrics move me it’s a good track. We’ll done and keep on rocking.

Smooth
Love the warm flowing bass line at the beginning of the song. when it picks up, has this kinda smooth eerieness about it. the vocals could have been a little more up front, but the production is decent. Guitart work is great. Considering the genre, i was expecting the song to pick up and get heavier early on in the song.

The Dance (My Ritual)
I like Rockin Rob Wright’s style and furthermore his hard melodic signatures within his song. He shows good skills with his guitar work, taking the lead on some very nice tried and true guitar solos and making this rocking blues guitar driven song a must listen for guitar fans, Titan
