Somewhere in the suburbs of Long Island, NY comes a young entrepreneur by the name of
Rogues Pierre. May 12, 1977 in Long Island, NY marked the arrival of Ross Thomas aka Rogues Pierre. He
crawled his way through the (expired link). Army, the streets, and confinement to be where he is today (fighting to
the top). Ever since grade school, Rogues Pierre has been writing poetry and entering in writing
contests. He began performing in talent shows in 1997 winning prizes along the way.
“Everyone that knew me told me that I was good and with a little more practice I could make a name for myself””
Rogues Pierre took their advice, suggestions, and criticisms and kept it all in mind. As he got
older he rapped more and more with his friends. Life for this performer wasn’t always easy. “Of course,
as much trouble my peers got into, I was side by side with them. I didn’t fully understand the impact of
my consequences then the way that I do now.” The artist found himself involved with gangs and even
spent time in jail. “God saw fit to keep me alive, so now I stay out of trouble and focus on my talent.”
With his past behind him and a dream that needed to be brought to reality, Rogues Pierre began
performing at night clubs in various states. With a rising fan base, Rogues Pierre set his goals higher to
reach the expectations of the people. With music as his passion and his dreams as his tunnel, there is no
way Rogues Pierre can go wrong. When asked what his goal in music is, Rogues Pierre simply stated “My
goal is to educate people on a lot of things that are hidden behind closed doors. I’m here to do the club
scene, make people dance, and update them on their surroundings. Life isn’t what it’s made out to be,
and I am going to show it through my music.”
