A true "GEM"
Ronnie Bar I enjoyed listening to this song and also could hear this one on the radio. Keep writing Gems like this one and you will surely go far. Your writing style is much like that of Dallas Davidson the premier songwriter of the big Nashville stars such as Blake Shelton and Dierks Bently. Be true to yourself and you will rise above the rest.

Good writing
Hey man keep up the writing. I write myself too a lot and thats a great way to get noticed. When I got to sing at the Ryman this past January I did two of my songs and the crowd really seemed to like them. I'm writing some new stuff now. I did make some connections that I'm working on and wanting to do a couple of videos soon. Fortunately I have a friend who is able to do that and we are meeting soon to discuss our next shoot. Like your music . Love My Best Friend. - My fiance and I just had a liittle girl in November and I love her to death. She's what makes my day every day worth living. Let me know what you think of any of my songs too. I would really appreacite it.

is it marketable
This song reminds me of songs that i uses to sing when I was on the road we would pick song put on an album 10 song 2 slow 2 Balance and the Rest was fast it reminds me a lot like a country Gospels song which is a good thing lot of country songs came from gospel but is it marketable today it might be with the way country music is today who knows it does remind me of Garf Brooks but for the beat in the wording I'll give it a four star

Emeralds
Up tempo and full throttle to the end. Good dance tune and well produced. First thing that jumps out at me is the entire production is a Garth Brooks sound alike from the intro to the finish. That isn't a bad comparison but it has been done and I am not sure how it would be received short of Garth himself. On the other hand it could be the hook that makes this piece something folks would like to hear again. It's hard to know how "sound alike" music will be received. I liked listening to it but I am not sure it would extended play from me. Don't take this as a criticism however, because the listening audience has a wide variety of folks. I think it is worth a shot to put it out there and let the audience make their own determinations. I give it a thumbs up as a vote to give it a try.

A Rousing Country Standard That's Ready For Radio
From the moment this song begins you know you're gonna be tapping something. Ronnie Bar gives us a nice straightforward country style in his choices of backing instruments. Everything sounds crisp and in the pocket here. Ronnie's voice ripping through the lyric, nailing every word flawlessly. Who hasn't seen a pretty girl walk into the bar and catch everyone's eye? With some catchy licks on guitar and pedal steel filling in the blanks between the lines. A solid solo shared by a bright piano and a good old country guitar tone. All in all, I think this song will do very well! Hit's are chosen by the masses so, I won't try to speak for them here. But, I Like This Song!

Yep
To first answer the question of "is it marketable as is?" Sure. The recording quality is there. The instrumentation and vocals are top notch. There are some great lines in there like "beautiful pair of flashing fiery emerald's in your eyes". I think the song is fine as is. What's marketable or not is always debatable. My opinion has always been, if you have a great song, it's a great song in any format. Find the right audience and it is marketable. This one is a more traditional country song so that is your market. I'd go for it. It's upbeat, bright, clean, catchy, and has all the elements of a "traditional" country song.

Yes it IS!!
What a nice refreshing song this is. You have it well put together. Wonderful musicianship. Tells a story, I really like that. What a really like is that you have a nice distinctive voice! It may not get Nashville's attention because it is far better than they are capable of promoting right now in this time of sound a likes and identical lyrics in every song. That is a badge of honor. It is ready for those of us the remember and still enjoy real music and sincere talent. Well Done!!! I would buy it!

Green is Go!
This tune was catchy and got my toes tapping right from the start. Your diction was good and you emphasized words in all the right places. I would be happy to hear this on the radio as is. My husband is sat across from me and he just said I like that who is it. :) Great job.

Hi Ronnie, Love what ya do mate. Your songs make sense and your vocals are spot on the money. The Music matches the lyrics so that's a plus. With your unique vocals you will go far mate. Just some things to let you Know about, You know the things that no one ever told me . Advertise, Advertise and more advertise, Be yourself Ronnie and find out who you are. Don't let anyone change you, Your name and your sound is your soul mate. Don't be to fast to get signed up as they're the one's that end up making the money and writing the rules. Get radio's on your side mate and do a lot of live interviews as well. But as for reviews from any one, don't take much stock it them. Because it's all about your fans and what they love, That's what pays the bills mate. Yes you got another fan Ronnie, Love what ya do. Five stars from me. Cheers mate: Ken

great sound
I love the Charlie Daniels feel to this song. Great guitar and piano work through the whole song and energetic leads. I definitely feel this song is marketable, it has a catchy tune that is easy to get stuck in your head. Maybe my green eyes make me biased but I love this song :)
