This is a beautiful song. Your voice had my attention captured right from the start. I've listened to it 3 times already this morning and can't wait to hear more from you. You have a great voice with good control and a nice tone. Country definitely suites you (Not having heard anything else yet). I wish you luck and great success.

This was well written and the words tell a story in such a way that it makes you want to hear the whole song to know the rest of the story. The tune has a good tempo although it would definitely be a two stepper if it were one or two beats faster. This should see radio time for sure. It was very enjoyable.

A Beautiful Country ballad.

This song is absolutely radio ready. I absolutely loved everything. The voice, steel guitar....all instrumentation played with skill and feel! I hope you get regular radio airplay with this. Congratulations!

Good vocals, pretty tune.

It's a nice song. Good vocals, pretty tune. Except for a couple of lines it tells a good story. Good music, nice melody. Nice lyrics, the pronunciation needs to be a little clearer.

The song is a very nice work and pleasant to listen to. Everything is well done and the entire production is as it should be on the surface but something is missing for me. The melody and lyrics are good and the vocals well executed but it's like many other tunes that have been done over the years. The music tracks are also well executed but they are pretty much the studio musician sound heard in countless other productions. I am wanting to hear something that makes this piece stand out more because I think it is a good set of lyrics and melody. The thing that strikes me first is a different arrangement would go a long way toward making this work unique and stand alone. Perhaps some electronic keyboard and harmonica could set up the mood of the song with a little country rock crossover sound to be the mood setter. I can even hear some synth strings in this piece. It is good as is but I hear something in it that needs it's own unique sound. All in all a good song and vocal that deserves it own idenity.

Ronnie obviously has some talent. Really nice vocal on this track. Nicely chosen accompaniment very well performed. Very well done record. The mix and mastering sound professional. The lyric is pretty good, nice rhyme structure and a very pretty and sad story. I can't say I think this one would be a huge hit, but I do think there are a lot of Country fans out there who would enjoy this song. Best of luck...keep bringing the good songwriting!

Radio Worthy

I found this song to be well crafted and produced. It has various instrumentation in varied places to give it extra interest. This was also well mixed and well recorded with solid likeable vocals. A decent melody. The mandolin work intersparsed was a nice treat and was done very tastefully. The harmony/backing vocals were in the right places. It sounded like it was sung honestly and with meaning. And that's a plus. Radio worthy? Yes. #1 song? Probably not. Does that matter? It wouldn't to me. Chartable though? Yes. That's simply my own honest opinion, and merely my own, since I was asked. A very fine song though!! Keep it up! 4.1
