This evolved to guitar and singing when he started writing his own songs. Owning Totem, an analog 16 track recording studio in the 80's sharpened his music engineering and producing skills. Co-founding several bands along the way got him signed with the Red Bullet label in the Netherlands, released several singles and toured extensively. In the nineties the focus became Rock and Blues and Ron started a power Trio called Colourful Dreams and recorded the Album Stone combining his own new songs with Hendrix and Neil Young covers. Ron has had many encounters and conversations with Artists which have inspired his music such as Chet Baker, Eric Clapton and Pat Metheny to name a few.
