Holding onto anger only hurts you, not them. ...and I would go on further to say this ~ Forgive Yourself ~ No matter what or who, especially of things that occurred in your life with or to people who are no longer alive to ask forgiveness from! Holding onto that hurt and not allowing yourself to experience true unearned forgiveness will hurt you in so many ways and manifest itself in illnesses in heart, soul, mind, body and spirit for punishing yourself with condemnations God never meant for any human, let alone you, yourself to bear! (This why Gods Love & Forgiveness is Unconditional!) Those you seek forgiveness from have already given it to you, so has God! And God wants you to release that unforgiveness so He can heal you, help you attain the changes in yourself and your life that you are seeking. By releasing this unyielding heart, soul, mind, body and spirit ~ allows God to answer your prayers, release blessings, provisions and direction in your life that you've been seeking which has you struggling to understand why God has not answered you, your prayers or were assuming that God was not speaking to you! When He's been speaking to you in so many ways ~ but unforgiveness can block the hearing of not just your physical ears but hearing in your heart, soul, mind, body and spirit too! Consequences of Unforgiveness: 1. Unforgiveness is a sin which causes separation from God, which makes you feel He's not there, not listening or doesn't care! When the complete opposite is true! 2. The Holy Spirit will not depart from you but will be unable to do the work needed in you and your life. 3. Unforgiveness will close doors in your life that God wants to open and leaves an opening for evil spirits to influence or attack you. 4. Unforgiveness will hinder your progress and blessings. 5. You will live an unhappy life, not the joyous one that God wants and has planned for you. 6. Your unforgiveness will hinder those you've not forgiven...ESPECIALLY when you do not FORGIVE YOURSELF!!! Since Rock has seem to be a lost category anymore and if you want to perform rock music...it seems you have to be country...since that's where most the rock sounding music seems to be anymore. Thank you for introducing me to your sound! ~ Mildred Cho 12/22/22 --------------------------------------------------------- On a fantastic personal note, I finally got the last of the paperwork to the apartment office so that I'll be approved for a new apartment and end my period of homelessness but never forget the blessings that God brought to me, His grace and protection, providing for me in each and every way! I will always be thankful whether I have a home or not! Just one benefit of my homelessness journey is being closer to God and always sensing His presence! The other amazing thing about going through this hard time is discovering what I am meant to be doing with my life ~ which is helping others going through homelessness and other hard times! God is good in good times and in bad times!
