About Rubiotunes

I started gigging and recording in the 1990s and have produced 5 albums and 4 EPs to date.

Along the way, I have gigged in New York, Germany, Spain and all around Ireland, playing in various bands and solo.

I have supported the likes of Lloyd Cole, John Martyn, John Renbourne (Pentangle) and Damien Rice.

My music could be described as indie/folk with hints of country and blues. 2 years ago, I recorded a number of tunes while living in Spain, these are all on Soundcloud under the name Rubiotunes. I am now back in Ireland and have just finished recording a new album 'Hasta Manana' - it can be found on Spotify, itunes and Apple Music - under Rubiotunes.
