Really smooth and really refined. A masterfully crafted piece of music that starts with a simple but beautifully executed chord progression on the keyboard that is supported by subtle and delicate bass, guitar and drum parts that together create a fragile musical tapestry upon which the saxophone introduces a beautifully meandering melody. The rich warm tones of the saxophone skillfully manipulates this melody through a couple keys changes/modulations, developing and improvising it before passing it on to the guitar which continues the improvising. As this is happening the other instruments responding and interacting in a delicate and sometimes slightly playful manner. For the coda the saxophone then returns with the original theme. This piece of music demonstrates the musical mastery of the band members and their dedication to the perfection of the art form.

nice color not to much dissonance. good melodic theme's, nice group it has some very good moments. good flow most of the time, the tone of the guitar /sax and piano work well together very nice comping supports the solos well. I would like to hear more from this group to get a better feel of what they can do together.

Season Heat has some of the most equisite instrumental solo work in it. Every instrument palyed with such expertise whilst at the same time complementing each other beautifuly by not trying to out do each other. Absolutely top shelf jazz at its best and I cannot wait to hear more from this artist.
