I posted new videos on my YOUTUBE channel.
I am preparing paperworks for radio play, representation distribution and preparing my business plan at the moment... LOTS of things to take care of and I can't wait to be just an artist!!!
truth is: If you are not ready to organise yourself and find a publisher and surround yourself by professionals and invest money wisely, you have very little chance at succeeding so I am pushing it hard!
I booked some studio sessions next week to record some more songs for the album. Waiting for a Canadian grant to finance my recordings. Making an album costs so much money!! Lets do this!!!

This has been a fun journey. I learned last week that I now became a triple treat!
I registered to Two International songwriting contests and I placed semi-finalist on :Unsigned only and Song of the year 2015. I did Runner-up position at Song of the year in 2013 as well! I believe that its so wonderful to be a great vocalist but two others things are even more important: Bringing your own flavor through impactful original songs, have natural vocal abilities.
Vocal technique, play an instrument is something you can learn. Creativity , originality and vocal abilities are given to you and that`s what makes you talented. Competition is so fierce and sometimes I wish we were in another music ERA ... Recording a quality album can cost over 60 000$ -- I am working on producing a quality album that you wont forget. Songs that are researched and well constructed and I put lots of feelings in there- Hope you can feel that when you hear it***!
I have been performing for Community causes. I have been named LITTLE ANGELS 2015 spokes person. Sometimes I put on a Cinderella outfit... SOUNDS WEIRD??!! well.. I sing and perform to help kids fight cancer ☺--♥ Ill dress up in a heart beat to save a child.
On my way, I decided not to do crowd-funding. I am not here to beg, i don't think its elegant.. Lolll and I am a fighter! I will get all resources on my own!! Never give up on your dreams and follow your instincts it is so important in this world full of sharks ready to eat you , head first!!!--- Love being compared by listeners to Celine "the other Canadian singer" and to Adele. I even got compared to Amanda Marshall and Kate bush. All my album songs are recorded on demos guitar voice. I am doing more sound research and trying folk instruments adding drums and other hings on them at the moment. Building up a band as well for live shows. When everything will be in place I will apply to FACTOR music grant for my full album and finance the (expired link) are making some planning as material came alive and is more concrete now. I think we have great chances at this as I already got a FACTOR FUNDED projects with my demo grant. I LOVE FUNDRAISING----!
I have been approached by a society that helps giving radio-oncology treatments for kids with cancer.
Last sunday I dressed up as a princess in the St-Patrick's day parade downtown Montreal city for the organisation.
Even with the -30 freezing cold, this have been a superb experience. We made a lot of Canadian kids happy.
I dedicated myself for many years to organisations helping children and shelters for women victims of domestic abuse.
This summer I will be performing a series of ----LIVE SHOWS with ORIGINAL SONGS-- to help children fight cancer.*****what a blessing!!!
We will be starting in Montreal Quebec extending to Manitoba, Canada.
I sent out a non-disclosure contract to a Sony Music group label in Nashville as per their request last week and waiting for some news. Looking foward to get my songs published by a US publisher. I can`t wait to get my feet in the USA and start a new chapter helping the community on my way up.

Just sharing some news-
I started a VIDEO BLOG: "MY MUSIC ADVENTURE"-( Journey of a solo independent artist*) This is gonna be FUN!!**
Its been a while since I won the FACTOR GRANT and RUNNER UP at the international songwriting contest SONG OF THE YEAR with my composition : "Ink and paper". I did an independent production this summer with 7 artists from Montreal, no auto tune , real instruments . The real deal! We shoot a video clip, right in the streets of Montreal,Quebec Canada .

I recorded 3 songs in the past week in the historic RCA building in Montreal (guitar voice) to approach a label in Nashville- I am now collecting all songs (quality recordings/demo) for a "catalogue of originals". I have written 24 great songs so far. All with great hopes to get through a label and get distribution , marketing pr etc.. THE GOAL is to build my own show and be a full artist--BYE BYE TOP40-!
Its been a tough journey as a solo artist. Many possible directions to choose from and lots of paperwork, financing it all on my own , work and travel ,but I feel like I have come too far, to give up now . Wishing you LOTS OF SUCCESS IN YOUR OWN JOURNEY---

I just won a runner up position at the "SONG OF THE YEAR 2013" International songwritting contest. Feels good to have your talent recognized!
In the next month I am organising the production a large scale music/Auction fundraising event to benefit childrens in canada giving them free tuition(school). I am glad to help in the community using my music talents
