Hey Scott, I do like your song, especially the chorus. The song seems to jump into the chorus too early at certain spots and I recommend adding two or four bars of space with either a drum break or guitar (banjo?) between the verse and chorus. The song is a bit weak with your vocal. It's stronger in the secong verse but it needs you to keep practicing your vocal power...I'm sure you can do it. The overall composition and the instrument use is good. Keep working at it bud.

I like the contrast between the banjo and the strings, it creates a special atmosphere. The snare sound is strange, and it seems to be a bit too laid back. The song is a bit too long, 03:50 would have done as well. The lead vocals are not very expressive. Especially in the chorus I would have expected a bit more power, a bit more passion. I would recommend a bit of rework, not by adding even more instruments but sharpening what is already there.

This is a really nice easy listening type song! It kind of reminds me of Bob Dylan....just a little bit. Highly recommended! The song is well recorded and mixed. The theme, title, and content are all excellent. Keep'em coming Scott!

The Laid back western-Billy sound ya'll been a'searching. A Dylanesque vocal/in harmony with slide/banjo.., Overall = relaxing and lyrics that actually mean something and can be heard! Some haunting refrains in there - akin to Witchitar Linesman.., Overall., felt enlivened after hearing., even though a steady and slow mm. 10/10 Loved it.

Intro kind of threw me off, but it leads into a nice rhythmic melody. Vocals are just right. Excellent male vocals that match the music perfectly. Songwriting is top notch. Makes me feel like I'm driving late at night and hear something familiar and it brings a smile to my face. I suppose that's that point of the song. It's mesmerizing once you're halfway in. The instrumental bridges into the final verse well. I like what I hear, but I do feel it needs a little more variation to break from some monotony. Nothing is wrong with the production, however. This definitely ideal for country and classic rock fans and certainly deserves recognition.

Maybe the hidden meanings are not that important, when the music is profoundly exaggerating the current situation of the mind itself. Even though this can be also considered as a way of getting the job done by actually not expressing too many details of the message that has been precessed by the time of this review. Fundamentally broken thoughts, however, can lead to s state of nothingness and despair. The knight in shining armor rescuing the maiden in distress can be seen too obvious choice reflecting the hope for a divine interception or a final solution for the future or what?

Nice 'lay back with your eyes closed' tune! It flows along and sweeps you up! The singer has a easy-going country sound to his voice, which suits the song perfectly. I listened all the way through, which is rare - I like it!

Really like the groove you have going here. It's interesting using a synth pad along with banjo. I never would have considered it but it works well together. Nice laid back drums too. You solos were just enough for the song and all in all the track is done well. The lead vocals could use a bit more warmth in the mix, in my opinion, so that it jumps out there a bit more. Kind of similar to the way your chorus pops out with the rest of the track. It's a good recording of the lead, just a bit thin sounding in the mix. I didn't see the lyrics on this posting of it, but I listened a couple times and feel you could possibly look at them to try and tweak them a little to give them a bit more of your story. This song was put together very well, I enjoy all types of music and I am happy I came across this one. Very nice mellow but captivating music that really grabs ones attention and the lyrics just too it all off. Great job!

Midnight Radio, Midnight Radio, by Scott Bounty is a good song that tells an easy to follow story. The Banjo is reminiscent of the banjo in Heart of Gold and the melody is strong with a good beat. The harmonies are strong and the they accompany the lead vocals well. Cool song.

One of the things I enjoy most about Number One Music artists is the newfound ability to hear music from around the world by singers who I'd never have the chance to listen to otherwise. That, in itself, is a great thing. Here, with this song Scott's vocals have a classic vibe that would harken back to the early styles I'd expect to hear in the early 70's. An old soul performer. Technically, it sounds like Scott's vocals could be mixed in the production better. However, the slow methodical beat of the drum and harmonies make up for it. I'd play this driving down the Pacific Coast Highway here in California.
