There comes a time when as an artist you have to say enough is enough, and release your art to the public. That day came for me yesterday. Yesterday all the major streaming services published 10 fully mixed and mastered songs under a new band name. Rustid Clay is the new bands name. The 10 songs actually make up the album "The Speed Of Darkness" 4 of the songs are here in an unfinished state. I've also created 5 videos and posted them on YouTube. Next month I will post the remaining 5 videos for the album. "The Speed Of Darkness" is part 1 of a 2 part concept. "The Forest Of Truth" is part 2. It is completely finished and will follow later this year. The two albums make up what I am calling "The Burning Rain saga" It's 100 minutes long and tells the story of a man that chooses the wrong paths in life. His decision ripples across the world and he loses himself and his country to his poor decisions. In part two "The Forest Of Truth " he wakes up to the horror of what he has become and seeks a path of redemption. What he finds changes him and leads to a grand finale that I hope makes the whole project worth listening to over and over. In a way the "Burning Rain saga" is a rock opera or a very large concept album. I've worked very hard to create this project. There were so many obstacles placed in front of me that had to be overcome to finish this piece. I am asking you to please help me get this music out to as many people as you can.
