Eterno Grito was an alternative rock band from Rio, formed in 1985 by Fernando Newlands on vocals, Fabio Leopoldino on guitar, Francisco Kraus on bass and Tuta on drums. After some demo tapes well played at independent radios, they signed a contract and recorded the first Toc Discos' independent label album, at the end of 1987, released at the beginning of 1988: the Eterno Grito EP, on 12" vinyl, produced by Maurício Barros and Eterno Grito. The EP featured 6 tracks, some of which are available here. All tracks available on the band's You Tube channel, at: https://www.youtube.com/@eternogrito5251/podcasts The band ended its career in 1989 when some of its members formed the iconic guitar band Second Come. ____________ Eterno Grito foi uma banda de rock alternativo carioca, formada em 1985 por Fernando Newlands no vocal, Fabio Leopoldino na guitarra, Francisco Kraus no baixo e Tuta na bateria. Após algumas demos terem boa repercussão em rádios independentes, assinaram contrato e gravaram o primeiro disco da gravadora independente Toc Discos, no final de 1987, lançado no início de 1988: o EP Eterno Grito, em vinil 12", produzido por Maurício Barros e Eterno Grito. O EP trouxe 6, algumas delas disponíveis aqui.
