Barry Ferrier is an Australian musician , entertainer & composer based in Byron Bay - a multi-instrumentalist, singer & multi-award winning song-writer who has enjoyed a long and diverse career in the performing arts/music and in multimedia design. Enjoying a colourful range of experience in many facets of the music, theatre and media production industries, Doctor Baz has entertained all over Australia, and in Europe & the UK and lived a life dedicated to creativity. Born in Sydney Australia, Barry gained early recognition in music theatre, appearing in the original Australian production of 'Jesus Christ Superstar' at the Capitol, Sydney and Palais, Melbourne and in 'Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat' at the Seymour Centre, Sydney. He was composer for the internationally famous Lindsay Kemp Mime Company, performing in their productions of 'Flowers 'in Melbourne, and composing the music for Kemp's production of Oscar Wilde's 'Salome', which was a sell out for 18 months at London's Roundhouse . He has worked with many of the leading names in Australian music including the 70s chart-toppers 'The Ferrets', has opened for guitar maestro Ry Cooder and toured as band leader for the legendary diva Eartha Kitt. Described as 'the Charles Bronson of swamp blues' by someone who ought to know better, Barry has a intriguing range of music industry credits to his name, and has most recently appeared in the lead role of his self-penned music theatre show based on the life of Jonny Cash "I Hear That Train a-Comin' " which has been a sell-out success at in clubs and theatres along the east coast of Australia. He has just begun touring with a new show he has written about the friendship of Johnny Cash & Roy Orbison entitled "Haven & Hell".

P Bailey Biography The human soul of a man with a 5 octave range is described by many who have Heard Paul sing and often compared to Ron Isley of the Isly Brother fame.His Beautiful soul renditions are tear tearjerkers. P Bailey had his first taste of musical inspiration while taking part in music class in grade school.Both Music teacher and Principal Miss Johnston was so impressed by his musical sense encouraged him to continue.Early Influences were Motown and Muscle Shoals.Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson were a big Influence on him as a Singer/Songwriter/Performer. The Early Years With no formal training Bailey developed his singing and writing style by listening to his favorite artists of the day like,Ron Isley,Donny Hathaway,Luther Van dross, Michael Jackson,Prince and James Brown . P took part in many community talent shows and was a crowd pleaser singing and dancing to his favorite songs. During a chance meeting at a popular night club in Montreal called Checkers Paul met members of the stone city band and forwarded a demo.Super Star 'Rick James' later used a sample of his song 'Part time Lover' on the sound track of the movie Colors.It was an exciting time and his first real break. His next chance came while doing session work P met DJ Robby Demlakian.Who Co-Produced his single a 12 inch House Mix called 'Get on Board 'recorded with his group Walter P.P.K which charted #3 on the house Dance charts in the UK and won him the Professional Publishers & Songwriters award from Factor a grant foundation. Currently Paul on Global Soul Records and just released his new album "Story" to all digital platforms. Recently won the Academia 2015 song writing award for Best Funk/Hip hop "Story" As also Just signed a deal with Superb songs to administer is Publishing catalog.Non exclusive distribution/Licensing deal with Blue Pie productions for world wide Licensing.
