Listening to this song takes me back to the mid 1980's but I'm sorry I can't remember the band right now. When I do (and I will) I will share again with an update review! I think Sentinel Alfa has turned a corner for all indy musicians, songwriters and producers. Ya, sure this single "DADDY" needs a bit of tightening or shortening but not that much in comparison to so many others. My best friends in Ottawa would laugh (out of sheer respect for your music) if they heard this song because they would state "Yep, this is Gord's 80's Style Preference for music!" I would always gravitate to music with passion, style but always, always "Atmosphere!" You got it, really impressive professional top shelf stuff. Suspenseful. introduction..a melancholic sound a bit like The Cure and Elvis Costello.Realy intense, I love the stumming of the guitar that keeps pace with the lyrics and reminds me of a kaleidescope of memories in the eyes of the heart from childhood. This song hits hard at heartstrings. I love the pace and the style of the old pop rock, a bit like Blondie in it's style and tone. I would give it air time if I were a DJ on any national radio. A real treat. I hope to hear more songs like this one from Sentinel Alfa.

I wish you work on the EQ,Reverb and perhaps some type of effect on your vocals, guitars are great , the recording sounds good and maybe a better work on the mixing , like more automatons love the track

Right from the beginning of the track I knew the production was going to be great and wasn’t disappointed as things progressed! The guitar work and the parts are tasty and really melodic, rhythmically cool in the they build up through the verse. Lyrically I was very pleased with your choice of topic and almost brought to tears in the beginning. I felt so hat that’s a very personal lyric to you and it really shows in the tone of your voice. Overall, I love the track in how you made it almost sound like an EDM song with your guitar parts. Starts sort of new age but it's kinda cool. It's got a very unusual backing track. The bell thing isn't my fav but I like the stacato guitar. The voice is rather good in style. Drums need to be "bigger" more in the track. and need to come in when another instrument arrives for best affect. I rather like the creativity of the track. It does tend to go on and on but I understand it's a painting. Shore up that drum track and have fun with it.
