Some artists think that they have more talent than they really do... Autotune or melodyne are a big reason for that. Those who depend on technology to make up for where talent has left them puts the rest of us in a poor position. An artist if nothing else must be able to defend their art. I don't know how some are able to do so when clearly the talent in the song is the least available.

this song has great words also the singer has a good voice the song could do with a stronger bass line also when it comes to the drum the cymbal is too much and a little distracting to the vocal. in jazz you need to make use of the changes in melody and the song don t seem to have a lot of melodic change or change of keys. it is most important in a song that the bridge of a song is different in sound to the verses of the song. the words are very touching . the piano need some more flair and some stronger jazz lick if this song is to come under a jazz heading. the girl that are backing this track seem to not put any melody in this song at all. they sound just like the singer. backing singer should make the songs sound fuller and more melodic.

New Star is a very moving song, has a nice flowing melody which compliments your voice, but your voice needs to drive the song not be carried by it. I hear your voice having more passion and pain which brings intensity from the lose of a love one, on the second take, bring it girl and you got a 5 for sure, blessings.

We can sit down in front of a piano and bang out a thought process that takes us back to the personality that we knew but now that is no longer with us. We can conjure up moments with that person and then play them back and we see that person with our mind's eye. I must say that you did a very nice job with it being a first take. This song is build on strong emotion, good construction and the lyrics are full of sens. just want to say that it will be better to make play this song by real musicians you will have of course more deepness and you voice will get more space to express all your emotion. la mélodie est plutôt sympa, la voix est agréable et les paroles coulent bien. ce qui pourrait être améliorer c'est l'orchestration qui est malheureusement trop pauvre !!! que ce soit au niveau des recherches d'accords comme des accompagnements. le piano à la noire plombe le tout !!! c'est la première chose à modifier pour que ce morceau soit assis. Les choeurs ne sont pas super bien en place !!!! du coup ça rajoute un côté très amateur et pas fini. Le son du sax est pas top il faut le changer aussi. Si non cela reste un morceau plutôt sympa.

A very nice well structured pop song with great potential. The melody is simple and beautiful and the arrangement maintains interest though out the piece. However I feel that there could be a little more expression and emotional response to the lyrical content. The performance is too safe and the artistic elements need to push closer to the edge of the expected or possible even beyond. Experiment. The song will benefit from a more edgy performance.

It´s not my favorite kind of music but i should say that the voice is nice and very sweet, but i think sometimes its results to much sweet, The music is so flat and sounds to much like midi sound and that makes less and for a little while bore the song. I recomend to replace the midi for real instruments or change their sounds... The drums are so robotic and sound like a machine but i like the beat is wear but nice... Something else, in the description says: Rock, but i think this piece doesn´t rock me, it´s too slow but i should say that is not everything lost, i willtell you again that i like the sweetness of the voice. Nice try!

I like the introduction with just the keyboard and the voice. It sets the tone for the entire piece. The blending in of the other instruments is nice and smooth. The lyrics could be a little clearer with the enunciation, otherwise, it has a nice "pop-ballad" feel to it. The song has the potential to become a hit in that genre!! I would recommend it to my music friends.

Lovely vocal quality, good melodic structure. The double up of solo voice in harmony was slightly off putting, as they two tracks weren't in sinc. Lyrics work very well as a story telling song. Well done, look forward to your next effort.

Like your voice a Lot Seren, nice tune, and very thing voice, think the melody is a little bit repetitive tho, but lyrics are beautiful and it seems like you really feel what you are singing, congrats and keep the good work. This is a nice ballad. A calm intro, with song and piano that after a while turns into a full band. A suggestive melodi, with a nice refrain. I like this song.
