Our four original covers were "Black Rose Dying" by Blessthefall; "Tears Don't Fall" by Bullet for My Valentine; "Ex's And Oh's" by Atreyu; and "There's a Good Reason These Tables Are Numbered, Honey, You Just Haven't Thought of it Yet" by Panic! at the Disco and we soon composed our own song originally titled "Congratulations, Andrea, You Made it Out Alive*".

Near the lead guitarist leaving the band to pursue a music degree, four more covers were added: "Float On" by Modest Mouse, "Under The Bridge" by Red Hot Chili Peppers, "Dammit" by Blink 182, "Still Fly" by The Devil Wears Prada, and "Sugar We're Going Down" by Fall Out Boy.

Most of the members took leave. J on vocals and guitar, and having a new drummer with double bass pedals, the song "Poems" was composed. With that drummer, too, gone, J rewrote the drums on computer. J bought drums and recorded a full instrumental, to this day requiring vocals. J sold the kit (which had double kicks and extra cymbals) after a month of ownership, moving to an apartment. "Sypathize" was then recorded, during recovery from a cold. Many other recordings were made since 2009, but composition ended in 2012.

I (Jairus /J) still consider myself part of the band. I've continually practiced clean and hardcore vocals. In 2019, I decided to switch to right-handed guitars, for eventually improved fretwork that my right hand couldn't handle. A right-handed 6-string bass joined the family. I'm playing Rocksmith with it, eagerly awaiting those skills to catch up to my vocals. Btw, CustomsForge offers over 45,000 songs free, for Rocksmith (Guitar Hero w/ real guitar).

I'm mostly into death metal, so that's what I plan to record; but I'm open to other music, especially because playing it isn't the same sensation as listening. Though I'm into love/breakup songs, my passion is analytic philosophy, so I want to express my unconventional ideas.

I long tried to prove mind and matter as coexistent. The arguments for materialism burn themselves down, leaving only undeniable experience. Objective materialism is a relational map, just like when we think there are separate objects in our awareness. Any present experience, including its subconscious, is a single essence and natural law. What scientists call laws are patterns within unified experiences. A present experience knows itself, ontologically, fully. Any parts within or without can be deduced, but not known with full grasp and certainty. imo, every experience exists alone, unity with others being a convenient map, only. But how convenient is it really, if using it leaves you without a full grasp of self or other? That's why people promote enlightenment, to know one thing (yourself) fully. Unfortunately, enlightenment doesn't weigh itself against others. The person claiming to be enlightened only has a memory of being enlightened, stupidly claiming that "consciousness" is a thing, not an aspect of a "conscious experience." There's no knower vs content, duality. Only present sensation/experience exists, for whomever is that experience. Constructs are purposeful representations.
