Read moreThank you so much for subscribing to my page here and having a quick listen. I have received some really amazingly supportive messages from many of you and I really appreciate that. Thanks for being so kind. The world needs more kindness. I am happy to tell you all that I begin recording my third solo album this summer with 11 fresh new tracks that I'm very proud of working with an awesome producer. I'm looking forward to putting the new tunes out there and will keep you posted about the process as I hope to document it with blogs, vlogs and pics. I'll let you know when that all starts! If you want to check out some of the demos for the new album there are videos posted to the right side of the first page of my website www. sianbrown .ie and of course my first 2 solo albums are on Spotify for streaming. Otherwise I'm so so busy as a music therapist here in Cork, Ireland and so lucky music is such a huge deal in my life.

About Siân Brown
Siân Brown is an acclaimed singer, songwriter, performer, dancer, multi-instrumentalist, music therapist and sound healing practitioner currently residing in Cork city, Ireland.
With deeply personal, intelligent lyrics and hypnotic melodies, her music is as passionate as it is thought provoking. Influenced by a plethora of musical genres her poetic word weaving, guitar playing and heartfelt vocals captivates any audience. Emotionally-charged, yet playful, she can evoke both tears and laughter at any given performance.
Siân has recorded and toured two albums as a solo artist recording both albums, 'Blue Ruin' and 'The Girl From No Where', in Manor studios Cobh. While touring, Siân has also opened for some renowned Irish artists. Her original music has been praised commercially and has been given much airplay by RTE Radio 1.
Siân released her third solo album And She Was in December 2021. This album was recorded in Cork with award winning producer Jason Boshoff and has received much praise for the record which is still a new release! Last Life, featured on this page, is her top pick from the album.
In addition to her solo career Siân also fronts an electro-punk performance project, known as Lambdancer, with her producer and husband Darqhorse. In Lambdancer, Siân appears under the guise of her alter ego 'Moonbird'. Donning many fun and colourful costumes and wigs, she melds her two favourite passions - lyrics and dancing. The Lambdancer duo have played many gigs and Irish festivals while also releasing a very different album entitled '(expired link)
Siân is currently collaborating with other artists and producers in the hopes of releasing several different projects in the near future.
Siân Brown also holds a music therapy MA and works with both children and adults with special needs using music as a therapeutic tool of change. Specialising in therapeutic songwriting, Siân uses her honed skills to help others express their pent up emotions through song. In addition Siân provides coaching in songwriting and teaches the guitar.
