U the band, hailing from Guelph Ontario Canada, is a genre bending, ear melting, ultra-sonic force. Known best for their live act, chalk full of energy, humor and improvisations, U the band has taken it upon themselves to push the boundaries of what is a song. Covering the entire spectrum, they have tunes described as structure-less epic masterpieces, and others called pop punk classics. They go where the music takes them and the result is a progressive/punk/metal fusion. In other words, something truly unique.
