I love the guitar introduction with its discordant chords and artistically disjointed strums. You cannot predict what is to come next – a wonderfully syncopated musical concoction like strong medicine; inclusive of the vocals, guitar, drums, the sustained chords of a synthesizer and a haunting key board pedal that repeats itself though out the piece (beautifully haunting). …And when you least expect it, a chanting, haunting chorus joins this fusion of mystical melodies, increasing the intensity of the song even more... I Love the vocals, I love the band, I love the composition and the arrangement. This is fantastic stuff! Keep it up.

it kind of throws me off a bit. the guitar and drums seem off in the beginning but once your used to it, it sounds fine.

Good work on this number. I like the intro better where the all the instruments come in. It has a better flow that way. Good strong vocal that really fits the mood of the song.

I have recieved nothing but requests outside of what I said I would review! This site is poor at that, however, even though I do not care for the style of music here I must say the vocals are strong even if boring in context. The beat is steady, even if boring in repetition. As a live performing musician for a number of years, I can say that I feel this could be performed live without difficulty to match the recording quality, not so with many songs on here of this genre. Professional production, and well formed musically. Keep up the good work.

Eulogy is an alternative rock song that rivals some of the best in music today such as groups like Daughtry. Even though the lead vocals are simple the musical composition makes the lyrics take flight. Pure lead vocals with no bells and whistles shows great contrast to the chorus and background vocals which are all on point. Truly a great match of musicianship and feeling. Behind Closed Eyes delivers a masterpiece that is marketable and very commercial making Eulogy a MUST HAVE.
