Stand by me is a heartfelt song
Sister Brenda chambers sang Stand by me as if she was in an old church in the backwoods. When I hear this song I can picture the little white church with the long wooden benches and although I did not hear any tambourines I can picture them in my mind . This song really took me back!

Stand By Me : Review
Hi Sis Brenda J Chambers, 1 / Mix and Production : Is there a compressor on voice cause when you sing strong it saturates a little bit. Voice is too in front the instruments. 2 / Music : Simple but very clean. Good mastery of guitar effect (rotary). 3 / Vocal : Good 4 / Overall : Without surprise, it's in the style, but it's very clean. Good luck

nice track
With a jazzy/blues feel, I would recommend this song. The vocals where deff very heart felt, and strong. The only reason I didn't rate this song a 5, I would have liked to hear some harmony. I believe it would have made the song pop out a bit more. yet overall a great track. This siter has some pipes and can deff sing, hats off sis chambers.

Enjoyed it thoroughly
I can tell you let your soul pour out on this. I especially loved how it was an old school feel with a touch of the blues with the guitar in the beat. I was vibing to it. Keep doing what you are doing! All Glory to God!!!

We need the Lord to stand by us all. Keep on singing the Gospel and praising His name. Welcome Him into our great Nation. Be the disciple He has called you to be and spread the word. Great work! In Christ, Hugh C.

Love the vocals
This is definitely a spiritual!! I felt that! Your vocals stood out and I can feel every word. I also felt that the music along with your vocals did not fit together. The music and vocals should work in harmony and it didn't in my opinion. I would have preferred it without the music. You may want to consider scrapping the music and re-record this song because of the message. You don't want people to get distracted and miss the message altogether. Nice effort!! :)

southern gospel
I think you could be effective to older generations and newer generations with older flavors in music. I think your cry is our cry as a people of God, so you would grasp the attention of followers of Christ. Also, try opening up during musical events in your community. Thank you for your time.

Soulful song!
Instrumentation and voice are nice but the guitar licks clashed with your voice at times and was little busy as it maybe should have been a bit more subtle with your vocals out in front. You have a nice soulful sound but I found myself waiting for the chord change and the song to go into a quartet type of drive but it stayed sounding like an opener for a concert.. which works too if thats what you're going for. Otherwise good song
