Dear friends, Last June, I put out a singer songwriter album I call Growth and Change. It features a soft rock sound with a lot of heartfelt lyrical content. Today, we're sharing a few songs from the album for your listening pleasure. Are You Alive? is a song for the dreamers. The message is simple. Use your life to do what makes you feel most alive. Fortitude: a very personal song about holding a positive idea in your mind, and keeping it there regardless of what is happening around you. Chill: a letter to the world, to listen to our intuition and instincts a little more, use the heart a little more, and worry a lot less.
